Family home , Large salt water pool, not heated, and tropical courtyard
Our sentimental family home is filled with the warmth and charm of loving parents over 40 years. Our family uses it when not rented and intends to keep the existing décor to preserve many wonderful memories that we have enjoyed over the years. It is in the Scenic Heights area of Northeast Pensacola.
The Master bedroom includes a deep mattress queen bed, Large TV, walk in closet and the Master bathroom has a 6’ shower. The second bedroom has a deep mattress double bed with TV and mirrored closets. The third bedroom has two deep mattress twin beds and a large TV. There is a full bathroom across from the Twin bedroom. The spacious family room includes a 70” TV, Cherry wood dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is equipped with full size washer and dryer and stocked with cleaning supplies. The driveway is extra wide for multiple cars with a single car garage.
The spacious Florida room overlooks the large saltwater pool (generally preferred over chlorine pools) and tropical courtyard, all enclosed with a privacy fence. The beautiful pool is a lazy L shape, well maintained and larger than most since it was built in the 70's. The pool is for private use of guest during their stay. The pool is maintained generally twice a week.
Extra amenities included a grill with charcoal provided, beach and pool towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella. Evenings in the courtyard have a serene ambiance created by the Corinthian Bell Wind chimes, surrounding fence lights, two fountains and pool light.
A neighborhood park for the children is a walk around the block. Pensacola Int’l Airport and Cordova Mall are 6 minutes away with grocery stores also as close. Pensacola Beach is a 20-25 minute scenic drive along Escambia bay. Downtown is an energetic place, only 15 minutes away where you will find the famous Seville Square, Saenger Theater and many shops and restaurants gathering close to the Bay. I am Angela Bills Grace Mortimer. My husband, Danny, and I own and care for our family home left to me by my loving parents in 2018. My family moved to this home from across town in 1967, when I was in 3rd grade. I attended Scenic Heights Elementary, a school still in the neighborhood. Danny and I dated 2 1/2 years in high school and spent a lot of time around this same pool many years ago. Now, our family uses this home for holidays and summer swimming and when we feel like chilling at Memaw and Papaw's. So, one can tell that this is a very special home to us. I am a Piano Teacher of 30 + years. We live within 2 miles of this home and can be reached via text any time.

We are interested in keeping this home in our family and to help with the maintenance and upkeep, we decided to allow other families to enjoy it as well.
What makes this property unique
The unique benefits to our home is that first it is very clean and comfortable, just as our mother always had it. The pool is saltwater verses chlorine, which feels wonderful and is much better for your skin and hair. The backyard includes a relaxing courtyard with the wonderful sounds of a fountain and Corinthian chimes. There are also lights along the fence so families can enjoy the evenings around the pool. Our home is very convenient to the Airport and Cordova Mall, Walmart and Publix . Pensacola Beach is an easy and beautiful ride along Scenic Hwy within 25 minutes or so.
