The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels and linens on floor in front of washing machine.
Remove all trash, and place outside in green top ( trash) dumpster. Pet owners place all pet waste in your own supplied sealed or tied bags and place in outdoor green dumpster.
Turn off all lights and put AC thermostat at 77°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not turn off front or back outdoor light switches for any reason. Turning these off will be a direct violation of house rules.
Do not go up to loft area in master bedroom and do not attempt to climb ladder, or attempt to open or enter back yard shed under any circumstances.
During stays longer than one week, yard maintenance may need to be performed by management. Guest will receive at least 48 hours prior notice.

The apartment was very nice and the back yard was great for my dogs. I didn't like the drop off in the living room, I had a visit to the emergency room because of it. It's still very painful. Also you can't get local channels on the tv.
