THIS IS A NEW HOUSE ON 4690 TRADEWINDS DRIVE, JUST FINISHED IN DECEMBER 2018. THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO THE PENSACOLA BAY AND GREAT FOR TRAVEL AND EXPLORATION OF PENSACOLA. FROM THE HOUSE TO THE PENSACOLA BEACH IS A 30 MINUTE TO DRIVE. THE HOUSE IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH BRAND NEW APPLIANCES. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET AND SAFE. IT IS CLOSE TO MANY NICE RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPPING PLAZA.

The home was clean. Enjoyed the amenities. Peaceful and quiet. The only downfall that I did not like about my stay was the constant texts from the host. I felt like I was being watched and monitored 24/7 when I would come and go. My father had passed by the home prior to check in and saw someone cutting the grass of the front yard, and the following day the host texted he was going to come by to do the yard.
