Perfect. I would suggest a railing on the front porch stairs. I am an elderly woman traveling alone. I felt completely safe in the neighborhood but had trouble with the suitcase in the three front stairs. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

The place is super cute. The big issues we had is it says not to move furniture but you have to move the side table in order to get the twin trundle out. Also the door won’t close if you pull the bed out before closing the door. The bed’s unfortunately were uncomfortable to sleep in. It was really very hard. We couldn’t get the water hot. It was warm but never hot. Can’t turn the HVAC below 72* which made it super uncomfortable to sleep when no fans were available. Overall needs a little help.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The home is visually cute, but the actual experience did not match the listing or expectations. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was visible pet hair on pillows and furniture throughout the home, and several kitchen items were not clean on arrival. This directly contradicts the claim that the property was “sanitized” prior to check-in.The listing is also inconsistent regarding pets. The title and description advertise the home as “pet friendly,” while the policies and amenities clearly state that no pets are allowed. Regardless of the intended policy, the presence of pet hair throughout the home was noticeable and unacceptable. The checkout process was another major concern. A 10 AM checkout would be reasonable, but it came with a list of cleaning tasks (including stripping beds, washing towels, taking out trash, and vacuuming) that were only provided inside the home and not clearly disclosed ahead of time. This created a rushed and stressful departure.Temperature control was limited. The thermostat was locked at 72 with no fans available, which made the bedrooms feel stuffy when the AC wasn’t actively running, especially in Florida. The outdoor fire pit was listed as an amenity but could not be used because the propane tank was missing.Lastly, check-in was pushed to 4 PM the night before due to “sanitizing,” while checkout remained at 10 AM. Given the condition of the home and the level of cleaning expected from guests, that explanation did not align with th
