This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

We loved the cottage. The location was conveniently located to so many shops and restaurants. Publix was within walking distance. Overall traffic seemed exceptionally light although we were there 2 weeks before Memorial Day weekend. Reached out to the host once with regards to a general question and received an immediate response. We would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

This property was fantastic! It was exactly as described. The house is adorable inside and the chefs kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for our needs. The air conditioning works very well and is good for those super hot days which we had every day. It had beach towels so we didn’t need our own. There were a few toys and games for kids. The house is one block from Publix which is super convenient. Also the drive to the beaches was so easy from this location and took us about 12 minutes with minimal traffic. The communication with the host was always quick and they were so kind and helpful. We would go back anytime. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our Pensacola getaway. This house was perfect. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. It’s a beautiful and charming house. The East Hill neighborhood was so nice to walk the dog, close to the grocery store and a trendy coffee shop. It is a great location with restaurants The Oar House or The Fish House nearby. The beach is amazing, about 10 minutes over the bridge. Historical Pensacola and the Farmers Market was close by and worth checking out.

Nice home in the trendy East Hill district of Pensacola. Ideal for a family of four with huge master bedroom and set of bunk beds for two kids. Well-stocked kitchen, quiet back yard patio as well as covered front deck. Staying out at the beach is not for everyone, and if you want to split the difference and be near the bridges for beach access as well as downtown Pensacola, East Hill is the logical place.

The interior was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully equipped. The host was very responsive both before and during the stay. The exterior was very disappointing. The yard was not well kept and there were holes in the fence so our small dog would not have been safe there. We discussed this with the host, and he intends to take care of it as well as consider some railings on the front porch.

Great Location and Pet Friendly! We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament and it was exactly what we needed. The location was great. It was close to everything but still quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days at the fields. Publix was in walking distance. We brought our dogs, and the small fenced yard was a huge plus. It gave them a safe space to get outside without any stress, which we really appreciated.The home itself was very clean and well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and easy during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
