It has a wooden terraces of 100sqm facing south on the ground floor, two terraces of 45 sqm and 25sqm upstairs each overlooking a beautiful sea view. Dream holidays with the ocean on the first line, ideal for lovers of skiing and fishing. In addition you have bike paths of the Landes forest nearby, as well as an equestrian center. Ideally located between Biarritz and Hossegor, you can discover as easily the Basque country as the southern Landes. A restaurant of fresh fish and seafood open all year will allow you to give a gastronomic accent to your stay.

Todo resultóuy bien, la casa está muy bien ubicada, equipada con todo tipo de detalles. Únicamente es complicado el tema de aparcar En la casa solo cabe un coche y para poder acceder a la zona de aparcamiento más cercana es necesario tener un cartel identificativo para el coche que no se nos facilito. Estuvimos a punto de ser multados por la policía en dos ocasiones.

Great stay

A well equipped villa that is right on the beach and conveniently located for Biarritz and San SebastiĂĄn. The villa is very comfortable and has lots of spaces for one to chill and relax. The beach is a nice long beach but can be dangerous with powerful waves. Would definitely return one day. The owner was responsive and helpful all the time.

Le Top du top dans le coin pour des vacances cool

Super maison, spacieuse, confortable, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien dĂ©corĂ©e, (Clim dans les chambres en plus), Ă  2 minutes de la plage. Nous Ă©tions 3 familles avec 7 enfants/ ado. La maison est idĂ©ale pour ce type de vacances famille/amis. Il y a beaucoup de place pour ne pas se gĂȘner, repas possibles Ă  l’intĂ©rieur ou extĂ©rieur (2 terrasses couvertes) petite piscine exposĂ©e plein sud. Le super super plus c’est bien entendu la plage situĂ©e Ă  2 minutes, les petits bars, restaurants Ă  pied, 
les commerces sont Ă  5’ en voiture. Le propriĂ©taire Nicolas est trĂšs sympa et super rĂ©actif en cas de demandes. Je recommande Ă  200%. Fabrice

Champagne sur la plage

En bref et en vrac: - emplacement idéal sur la plage d'Ondres - une vue incroyable sur l'océan - 7 personnes pour le sejour: chacun avait son espace - la maison: trÚs belles prestations et des espace de vie extérieurs trÚs agreables - communication facile avec le propriétaire et toujours à disposition pour les qqes questions pratiques en cours de séjour. Je n'ose dire ce que nous avons vraiment pensé de notre séjour de peur de trop dévoiler cette merveilleuse location. Tout était parfait, nous étions chez nous. Et l'emplacement est top plus que top. Quant à Nicolas, notre hÎte, il a fait en sorte que l'on se sente bien du début à la fin. Nous y retournerons trÚs vite sans aucune hésitation !

TrÚs belle location qui correspond bien au descriptif, bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec piscine, parfaite pour profiter du soleil. J'ai bien aimé la petite terrasse surélevée à l'arriÚre, originale permettant d'apercevoir la mer et le soleil couchant. Localisation parfaite pour profiter de la plage à quelque dizaines de mÚtres. Petit bémol, Ondres centre est à 4 km. Mais 3 restaurants sur place si on ne veut pas cuisiner. Je recommande le So Beach.

TrĂšs bel endroit et villa trĂšs accueillante proche de nombreuses activitĂ©s. De l'espace pour un sĂ©jour en famille dans un environnement reposant. Les enfants ont adorĂ© la piscine mĂȘme si Ă  cette Ă©poque l'eau Ă©tait un peu fraiche. Les parents ont beaucoup aimĂ© les terrasses qui incitent Ă  se reposer et prendre l'apĂ©ro :-) Merci pour nous avoir accueilli.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette location mĂȘme si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car nous sommes venus en fevrier ! Mais emplacement idĂ©al entre mer et montagnes, dans les dunes... Magnifiques paysages ! La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous serions ravis d'y retourner ! Je recommande cette location.

Une localisation exceptionnelle

Si vous souhaitez faire une pause, c'est l'endroit idĂ©al. La maison est sur la plage, Ă  10 mĂȘtres de l'escalier qui mĂšne Ă  l'ocĂ©an. Cette plage est magique, du bois flottĂ© partout, des bunkers Ă  graffer (pour ceux qui aiment), Bayonne et Biarritz en repĂšres visuels sur l'horizon Ă  gauche, les dunes qui dominent le panorama, bref l'endroit est trĂšs spectaculaire. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien isolĂ©e-chauffĂ©e en hivers, petit bac Ă  sable perso pour les enfants, petite terrasse cabane avec tobogan derriĂšre le jardin, cheminĂ©e, wifi qui fonctionne bref parfait. Nous avons louĂ© cette maison pour les fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e, ambiance bout du monde assurĂ©e! Peut-ĂȘtre diffĂ©rent en Ă©tĂ© mais vous Ă©vitez la galĂšre du stationnement, vous ĂȘtes dĂ©jĂ  sur place!

Atlantik zum Greifen nah

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Oceana sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt wirklich nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand selber ist ein paar Meter außerhalb der ĂŒberwachten Zone relativ leer, man kann lĂ€ngere schöne StrandspaziergĂ€nge in beide Richtungen unternehmen. Die Villa ist das einzige Ferienhaus dort direkt am Strand, direkt gegenĂŒber liegt ein sehr gutes Restaurant La Plancha mit tollem Blick aufs Meer bei Sonnenuntergang, zudem befinden sich einige kleinere Imbisse und Shops hinter dem Haus. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man in einer Urlaubswoche am Meer benötigt. Zu den wunderschönen Orten in der Umgebung ist es mit dem Auto nicht allzu weit, maximal eine Stunde. Die Abstimmung mit den EigentĂŒmern verlief ohne Probleme. Wir können die Villa Oceana weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic holiday, the location of the villa is perfect if you spending time on the beach and surfing, just a 3 minute walk and you are on the beach. The Villa had everything we needed, all the appliances were in good working order and expense had not been spared with the quality of them. There is an excellent fish restaurant on the beach which had a great atmosphere in the evening. Nicolas was a great host and we would like to thank him for a truly memorable holiday.
