In the heights of Bellevue in Sainte-Rose, in a residential area between mountain and sea, we offer a large cottage F2 named Saint-Martin 45 m2 that can accommodate between 3 people (a room with a double bed and single bed). Kitchenette, television, mosquito nets rolled up to the windows, access to the laundry room with a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided. Large carbet with barbecue to eat the sound of birds and among the flowers of the garden. Very nice pool which you can share access with the owners. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures 11:00. The cottages are non-smoking areas. The cleaning of the cottage is the responsibility of the customer (in case of no cleaning billing 50 € cleaning fee). Our animal freinds are not admitted. Delays and departures before the end of the rental are not refunded. Sub-lease prohibited. The price of 75 € corresponds to one night for 2 people (an additional 25 € per person will be required).
