This Santa Isabella style townhouse is located in Olé at Lely Resort and offers a spacious and luxurious getaway. Located within walking distance from the Village Center where you may enjoy many bonus amenities such as The Pub, Ice Cream Parlor, Fitness Center, Movie Theatre, a Community Resort Pool w/ Poolside Service and much more!
This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that has been newly decorated with the bonus feature of a 1 car attached garage. You will also have the convenience of walking out of the townhouse and having a private quad pool located within a few hundred feet. Basic cable and Wifi are also included.
A Publix grocery store, Starbucks, and McDonalds and many other restaurants are conveniently located a half mile away.
You will also find that the beautiful beaches of Naples along with the exciting night life of 5th Avenue are all within a 15-20 minute drive.
**A rental agreement must be approved by the Association prior to check-in, this includes a $150 fee (per single or married couple) that the tenant is responsible to pay directly. Florida Tourist Tax of 12% will also apply to the Rental Agreement.**
