About this property

NEW - 4BD/3BTH - Lely Resort - Heated Pool - Players Club Included

Brand new construction! Great property that has everything you'll need from beach chairs to serving platters for outdoor dining. Out back is a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor grill ready for cooking! Our fully furnished house has small designer touches and was completed with our guests in mind. Stocked are all the necessities which you and your guests will need for an enjoyable stay from bar essentials, TV’s in all rooms with cable, travel books, board games, pool floats, beach chairs with large beach umbrella, comfortable office space and more! There are three golf courses at the resort (two public), and 20 minutes to the beach or downtown. With a monthly rental we include a 10% discount rate and ALL rentals will include full access to the Players Club that is a 5 minute walk from the house.

The property is fully equipped with Ring Alarm professional monitoring 24/7. When you check in you'll receive a unique code for you and your guests to access the property and set the alarm. This code will work for the front door and alarm system to keep your belongings and loved ones save at night. We are able to give smart access to the garage as well to keep your car in the garage and easy access from your phone!

Upon booking, we will send over accompanying paperwork for us to return to our HOA at least two weeks prior to rental. Also, parking on the street will not be allowed.

Couldn’t have asked for more! What an amazing stay! We worked from the house some too and having the office with desks and a large monitor made it so easy! Loved everything about the house, the communication, players club access, everything! Had everything we needed for the beach too! Can’t wait to return!

Amazing location, house is in walking distance to the clubhouse for the large pool and tennis courts. It's also just 15/20 minutes from old Naples. The house was clean and Phil was extremely responsive to questions on where things were located or how to use. Also, the house had a BBQ that was actually usable after years of other rentals being disappointing. Definitely recommend staying here.

A spectacular experience

This property is of the highest quality and attention to details. The amenities started with a bottle of wine and a wide array of coffee. The layout allowed for personal space and gathering spaces inside and out along side the private pool. Topped off by the Players Club facilities. We rate this a clear 10.

Home away from Home for the Holidays

Wish we could give this property and its hosts Phil and Julia 10 Stars. We we thrilled to be able stay at this exceptional home for four amazing weeks. From the moment we booked our interaction with Phil our host was seamless. He answered all our questions, exceeded all our expectations and overwhelmed us with providing a home for our family during the holidays. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh coffee and details about our new home away from home. Which even included two workspaces for us to work remotely. Every detail of this property from the cozy linens, plush bath towels, luxurious pool towels, and bath products provided were unexpected and appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner. The Outdoor Kitchen and pool will be your favorite space The location of the house worked perfectly for us especially if you are paddle boarders or kayakers. The Capri Paddlecraft Park is 15 minutes away. 20 minutes from downtown Naples, 20 minutes to Marco Island, on the Lely Resort grounds is an amazingly accessible spot. We could go on and on and on.
