Our newly furnished home with constant professional upgrades, offers you a luxurious yet comfortable home away from home. It is conveniently located in the gated community of Masters Reserve in Lely Resort, surrounded by renowned golf courses and overlooking a spectacular lake. The Players Club & Spa offers world class resort facilities within walking distance. We also have bicycles for you to use and enjoy riding around Lely Resort and enjoying views of the golf courses and community.

We want to welcome you to our personal Luxury Vacation Home. We know you will have a fantastic time and will love living in Masters Reserve as much as we do.
Our home is in pristine condition with all new furnishings inside and outside. Three luxury bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, double garage, dining room, TV room with 60 inch Samsung Smart TV, ROKU boxes, use your own log in for Apple TV and Netflix or other APs including sports and news, WIFI, separate living room, kitchen (fridge with ice maker), nook and eat in area, includes deck chairs, dining and seating area. State of the art technology to give you a superior sense of luxury and comfort. A Harmon Kardon Audio system provides music to three rooms and also enriches the outdoor living on the sunny lanai.
You can have a splash in your own private pool, soak in the spa or enjoy a glass of wine or your favorite beverage under the screened lanai looking out onto a picturesque lake surrounded by tropical palms and wild life. Deck chairs, Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating area complete the setting for a tropical resort living.

Smoking includes cigars or any forms of vaporizers, tobacco or alternate means. Should you or your guest smoke we strongly suggest you find an alternate home with more tolerance.
We ask that you respect our home and likewise providing you with transparency on our policy we expect the same in return.
The damage deposit will be not be refunded when we are informed that during your rental someone has been smoking inside or outside our home.


Our fees include up to 6 guests unlike some sites that charge additional fees for more than 2 guests. Feel free to call me and discuss further.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Reminder - please ensure the garage remote and gate remote are both left on the table in the kitchen. It is imperative you do this ASAP. The cost to replace is $100 each.
If you have anything to share privately that would ensure we can improve upon please let me know so we know what we can do better next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house! I thought the house was just as it appeared in the pictures and the property manager and owner were very responsive and friendly. The house had everything we needed for our stay including a fully stocked kitchen , plenty of towels and beach/pool toys.

This is a beautiful, clean and well-appointed home! The owner is very friendly. The house is perfectly located between Marco Island and downtown Naples. There are good restaurants close by and lots of options for golf. I highly recommend this home and the Lely Resort community!

The place in the Lely Resort is just as pictured. The communication and care the owner gives the property is second to none. The house was clean, well kept, and in a fabulous neighborhood. Fabulous Vaca!!!!!!

Just spent 3 terrific weeks at Eagles Nest. Our host, Adele, was so pleasant , easy to talk to, and always available when needed. The house is beautiful and the layout inside is so comfortable with everything you need.The view from every window was one of my favorites especially in the early morning sitting on the lanai having breakfast. I loved the location of the house being not too far from town and Marco Island. Also, the Players Club was a win-win for our whole family. It was terrific in every way!!!!

A Christmas to remember for ever!!!

Fabulous House in Gated Community with a Great Location

We had a wonderful week at this home. We were incredibly impressed with how clean and well kept the house was. It’s in a gated community within the Lely Resort and is centrally located with easy access to Everglades City, Ten Thousand Islands, and Marco Island to the south and downtown Naples and North Naples to the north. The house comes fully equipped with everything you’d need and both the indoor and outdoor spaces are well thought out and top notch. We’d happily stay here again!

The host Adele was amazing.. so kind, so understanding. The house was immaculate and it had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the Lanai! Staying at Lely is an amazing experience. The clubhouse, with the great gym and the pool with waterfalls is just incredible. One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. Adele’s property is awesome. The decor is beautiful and she’s thought of so many touches- a great coffee & tea collection, makeup wash towels, bicycles and beach chairs in every size, a peaceful lanai and much more. Relaxing Get Away

We enjoyed our time at the Eagle's Nest. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking at home. We also used the new Weber grill. We didn't need to worry about bringing gear for the beach because it was there- towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. There was also a beautiful view by the pool. Adele was easy to work with, and happily answered all of our questions. It was a very relaxing get away!

Perfect Vacation Home

This home in Masters Reserve was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and had everything you could possibly need. The outdoor living space with the lovely view of the lake had plenty of seating, lounging, and dining, especially if you have guests visiting. The kitchen was so well equipped with every type of dish, pan, small appliance and serving dish that you could ever need. Our host Adele was very attentive to and responded quickly to any question or request. The membership to the Players Club was the icing on the cake. We used it so often for happy hour, dining, pickle ball and on occasion the pool. We met so many nice people there. Overall it was a fabulous vacation.

Having lived in Canada since 2000 after relocating from sunny South Africa’s Eastern Cape coastal town of East London, we were in need of a piece of sunshine to escape, refresh, relax and recharge and Naples has become our home away from home. Lely provided the luxuries and amenities of a resort type feel, yet our home provides us with the same comforts you are accustomed to at home.
We have 2 girls who have travelled the world with us and as teenagers Lely is great place to keep them entertained with the simple joys of life. They enjoy spending time with each other and family yet still are able to “connect” with their friends, make new friends and stay grounded.
Our family is not unique in that each one of us is different yet Lely can provide each of us with what we enjoy. Collectively we have an adventurous and active family members who enjoy exploring new beaches, daring recreational activities, run an ultra-marathon and few full marathons, tri-athlons, and run daily for pleasure and to keep fit. We are active yet yes, we do know how to relax too! We enjoy relaxing at the pool and love cooking and being creative in the kitchen, drinking a glass of wine and spending time with family and friends. A beginner golfer who chose Lely as definitely looking to change the beginner status. We enjoy discovering new things, the beach, shopping and discovery some boutique stores, new restaurants and fine dining. My favourite past time is taking care of our children and keeping them grounded.
Any questions you may have feel free to ask and hopefully you get to enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Masters Reserve provided us with a mix of activities for our entire family. Having teenage children we unfortunately cannot spend more time at our vacation home due to school and sporting commitments as we would like, hence us opening our home up to rent to a select few.
We are within walking distance to Lely resort and Spa which is part of a total lifestyle to residents. We joined the Players club and became members so you can also enjoy the benefits of a world class resort and all its amenities. Golf courses available for beginners or a more serious golfer appeals to our family. Our family is active and enjoys running and the jog and bike baths provide us with a safe place to run for miles.
15 min drive to the nearest beach and boardwalk, Downtown Naples including Fifth Avenue shopping, concerts and cultural events. Within 25 min you are at Marco Island and with all the choices of the finest beaches, including Pelican bay, Vanderbilt beach, or 30 min away the Everglades for the nature lover.
Additionally, the proximity to I-75 gives residents easy access to popular destinations throughout the state, like Miami, South Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando.

What makes this property unique

The best way to describe our home is “welcoming”. It is open, light, spacious and full of the luxury furnishings to make you feel at home. Overlooking a lake is tranquil as we would wake up each morning, go for a run along the paths, go to the gym and run back home (yes even in the months of August with humid X over 90F), then jumping in the pool to cool down. We would see alligators in our lake with an abundant of bird life. We have also seen some deer on our runs and other wild life.
At the end of the day we enjoy the sunset, can watch a lightning storm and shower pass by followed by the most spectacular rainbow over our lake. Take a look at one of the photos.
