Relax on your private lanai with a 360 degree view of the Flamingo Golf Course, hole #2. Relax... in the pool or on the beach (10 minutes to either Naples or Marco beach areas); relax...grilling on the lanai or enjoying some of the best seafood and steaks in the nearby restaurants and/or relax...just going for walks in Lely Resort. We did mention golf, didn't we? For shoppers there are the upscale shops of Fifth Avenue and the Waterside Shops or the Miromar Outlets located in Estero.
This villa includes an entranceway, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry room with full size washer and dryer along with a private pool and 2 car attached garage. The Master Bedroom includes King Size bed, walk in closet, separate shower and deep tub. The second bedroom includes Queen bed, with third bedroom including two twin beds. Golfing, Fishing, Shopping, and Swimming Naples has it all!

Summer retreat

Shelley's home was spectacular! From the moment you walk into the house you feel welcome. Every detail was carefully thoughtful. Exceptional Stay

We have stayed at quite a few properties in Lely and Shelly's listing in Falcon's Glen is at the top of the list. Location, amenities, cleanliness are all top-shelf. The Players Club access is a fantastic addition and makes this property a must stay and we are looking to book again later in the summer. Communication prior to booking with Shelly was excellent and since we had no issues after check-in, we had no need to reach out. However, if an issue arose, I'm sure it would be addressed immediately. Access is exceptionally easy from either Collier Blvd or Tamiami and the local area has all you could ask for... restaurants, grocery, gas, shopping, beach, golfing, etc. ... Highly recommended!

Great house = relaxing vacation

We had a great week at the house. It's clean, nicely furnished with neutral decor and in a great location. Even the garage was spotlessly clean. The master suite is perfect, plenty of space (including a walk in closet), clean and nicely presented bathroom and is on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the outdoor grill was great too. We ate most of our meals outside in the lanai where there is a spacious 6 seater table with chairs and had a perfect view every morning for watching the golfers at the 2nd tee. The pool and spa were fantastic. Used every day and the pool toys in the garage kept our son amused. Although the golf course is right outside the lanai we did not feel overlooked at all and in fact it felt very private. The immediate neighborhood in Falcons Glen was very quiet when we were there. We ran and biked around the resort (there are bikes for guest use in the garage) and saw more people out and about. Everyone was very friendly. We went to the Players Club a couple of times to use the pool and it was very busy (even on a weekday afternoon in January) but really nice facilities and there was work going on while we were there to improve the pool changing areas. There is restaurant (Sam Sneads tavern) within easy walk of the house at the clubhouse for the golf course. Theres also a tiki bar and dining room at the Players Club. We didn't eat in either but local options if you don't fancy cooking/driving. The grocery store and Walmart close by satisfied most of our food needs although we did stop by at Whole Foods (on the Tamiani Trail north of the city) on our way from the airport (a fantastic store, very new and a great selection of beer and wine). The location is great. Easy to get to Marco Island (we loved Tigertail Beach), the Everglades and downtown Naples (we enjoyed the dolphin watching trip with Pure Naples). Shelly was great. Very responsive to emails when making the reservation and during our stay. Would we recommend? Yes absolutely. We had been recommended the house by someone else and would definitely recommend to others.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable environment throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the access to the Player’s Club, which added tremendous value and enjoyment to our visit. The amenities and atmosphere there truly enhanced our overall experience.Additionally, we greatly appreciated the assistance of the property caretaker, who was welcoming, responsive, and extremely helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in process. Her support made settling in effortless and stress-free.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay.

Amazing Spring Break 2025

This property was wonderful. It is immaculate and newly renovated. It had everything my family needed for the week. It is located on the golf course and is in a very friendly neighborhood of Lely Resort. The Players Club is included and is a huge plus. Shelly was very easy to work with and very responive to any questions. I highly recommend this property and plan on returning.

Beautiful Home!

This house is the perfect home away from home! We had such an amazing week. The kitchen amenities were fantastic and the entire house was super clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the cooler December weather. Shelly was extremely communicable and kind. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect vacation getaway!

We have stayed at a few different VRBOs and this house is at the top of our list! It was clean, spacious for our family of 6, bright with a lot of windows overlooking the beautiful golf course, great private pool for my family to enjoy and the players club was outstanding!! We will definitely be booking with Shelly again! Communication with her was great as well!

May 2024 Stay

This is our 3rd time renting through Shelly. We've stayed at both of her homes are emmaculate, well stocked with EVERYTHING needed and are extremly comfortable. We feel like were at our own home! Great location, close to beaches, 3rd/5th ave, grocery stores. Both neighborhoods were quiet never had any issues and having your own pool to lay in all day was the best! I will only stay with Shelly!
