Spacious holiday house in spanish style with 2,219 square feet fully air-conditioned rooms. Impressive, light-flooded central area, premium open kitchen with american fridge incl. ice dispenser, dishwasher. Four bedrooms on two stories, of with 2 with one king-size each and 2 with one queen-size bed each, with three elegant bathrooms accessible from bedrooms, walk-in closets. Master Bedroom with exit to terrace.

Modern, contemporary furniture offering generous space for 6 people. Fully private, secluded patio facing south towards natural preserve paved with natural stones, partly covered, motorized roll down screens. 300 square feet heatable pool with waterfall and two fountains in ankle-deep water covered rest area, framed by a tropical garden. Two sun beds. Weekly pool and garden service.

Double garage with electrial door and direct access into the house. Laundry with modern washing machine and tumble dryer. Telephone, cable-TV, I-Player with radio, DVD Player, Wii, Playstation 3 and 4, printer / scanner and WiFi.

To be able to contact tenants in cases of emergency, tenants need to be registered after booking at the homeowner's association (HOA). They require copy of the lease agreement and copies of photo IDs of each person staying in the home.

Lovely stay in Lely

Our family has just returned from two weeks at this lovely vacation home in Lely. Our children loved the pool, the space, and yes, the entertainment systems. My wife and I loved that it was easy with a fully stocked kitchen and open-concept that allowed for indoor/outdoor meals with the whole family. We all loved that the Player's Club was just a short walk away. We would all be very happy to say here again in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful & Clean Vacation Home!

My family and I stayed here for the month of March. We walked in and the home was beautiful & clean! The beds all had new duvets and were comfortable. Rainer, the owner, checked in to make sure everything was good. He was extremely accommodating. The only downfall was that I have little children and it would have been nice to have a few TVs in the bedrooms with a DVD player. We would definately go back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house and pool !

The house is located in a lovely gated community within Lely Resort. The pictures do not do justice to the neighborhood and outdoor areas, which are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Our grandchildren spent many happy hours in the pool, which had fun fountains, a little waterfall and several pool toys. The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. There were also bikes, a scooter, beach umbrellas and beach toys which were great to have available. We had a wonderful time in this great house!

Wonderful Home and Pool

We stayed two weeks at this property and we enjoyed everything immensely! The house was perfect in every way and the pool was very secluded and clean, adjacent to a nature preserve. Securing the home upon checkout was an issue, as in the past, we have always entered a code at the front door to enter and exit. The day we had to check out, I called the local contact three times inquiring as to what the checkout process entailed. He did not respond to any of my calls. Three hours later, as I was driving, my wife fielded his call and was subjected to a rude and condescending tirade excoriating her for not securing the home. Had he responded to any of my calls in a timely manner, the issue would have been resolved.. As intuitive as the local "Ambassador" thought the check out process was, it was not spelled out in the manual provided.

Absolutely perfect!

From start to finish, this has been a fantastic experience. The owner has been lovely to deal with and quickly responded to any of my questions prior to arrival. Everything was arranged - for example, usage of the club - extremely efficiently and ran like clockwork. Our membership cards were ready and waiting on the first morning so that we could immediately use facilities. The villa is superb. Incredibly spacious, clean and everything has been thought of. We were a party of 5 adults but we all had complete privacy and weren’t disturbed by the early risers in the family. So lovely to be able to take a mug of coffee outside as dawn is breaking and to watch the birds in the nature reserve behind. Just arrive and enjoy! Even though we had beautiful weather, we appreciated that the pool had been heated just enough to be refreshing, but not so cold it took our breath away. The beds were SO comfortable - it’s a long time since I’ve slept so well - and plenty of towels and linens available. A very quiet neighbourhood, loved being able to walk to The Players Club, and very convenient for the local supermarket and restaurants. We had such a good time on our 3 weeks in Cordoba that we were all very sad to leave but will be back without a doubt! Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Amazing Experience in Paradise

This was our first time using Vrbo and our experience at this home was genuinely amazing. We were so impressed with the property, the pool, and the house was exquisite, just as described on Vrbo (warm and welcoming, beautiful, exceptionally clean and well stocked). The host was extremely helpful and attentive with great communication and care when needed. Overall, a great place for our family to enjoy and relax. We wholeheartedly loved everything about the home and location and definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful vacation home

We enjoyed our stay for the month of March. This home is in a great location in Lely Resort. Easy to get to Publix, Aldi, Walmart and many other stores. Less than a 10 minute walk to Sam Sneads and The Players Club. 20 min from downtown Naples. 40 min to the airport. Lots of golf courses and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the fabulous pool with a relaxing waterfall and fountains. There is a nice covered eating area outside and 2 poolside lounge chairs. There is a very nice grill we used for cook outs. Great layout of the house. Master has lots of privacy at the back of the house with a large bathroom and walk in closet. Well stocked kitchen. Nice laundry room. The owner is super responsive and wonderful to work with. The on-site manager took care of any questions we had very promptly and efficiently. We would stay at this home again. Enjoy!

Oasis at Lely

I rely on reviews to make purchases which is why I wanted to share this review. This property is primo. Space, pool, everything was perfect. Owner and property manager couldnt be more responsive even though we had zero issues. Lely is a great community, we took advantage of the golf course, the club, the restaurants and the miles and miles of great walking territory. The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked. This is a winner but one should know that with the number of 5's it has received!

Amazing Stay!

The house is exactly as in the pictures. The pool is lovely and house is spacious and well stocked. It’s a 15 minute drive to 5th Ave and 25 min to Vanderbilt Beach/Mercato area. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we would have liked. It just means we will have to return.

We are living near Dusseldorf in Germany and are using the house ourselves during vacations. The house has been built recently. We are renting it out since January 2014. We both are very much engaged in our professional life, in the consumer goods business and as chief officer in public administration. For our vacation we are therefore looking for a place to relax in a calm and well-kept environment. We enjoy the informal, but still luxurious stay in a holiday home - without the bondage of hotels - with a pool just a step outside the house, where kids can play for hours, adults can be with them and relax at the same time.

Why they chose this property

After we have very often spent our vacation in several areas of Florida, we have now decided to buy a house in Naples. This is because Naples offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: excellent weather, close and not-overcrowded sand beaches, a broad offer of golf courses and tennis courts, a calm and exclusive environment and high safety. On top, important tourist attractions like Miami (100 miles), Key West (250 miles by car or by ferry from Marco Island), Sanibel Island (60 miles), Orlando (250 miles) or the Everglades (40 miles).

What makes this property unique
