Our Stylish Penthouse Apartment has a stylish vibe, high speed internet, free parking, sleeps up to six people and is convenient to everything Chattanooga has to offer!

Our relaxing hideaway is located above a Spa, has luxurious bedding, a large tub-shower combo with double vanities, and a skylight that allows natural light to dance throughout the apartment making this a truly special place to call home.

This Suite is available for rent Sunday-Friday only, whereas the Entire Penthouse is reserved for weekend guests.

ROOFTOP DECK: Walk upstairs to the beautiful rooftop deck and enjoy sweeping views of the Downtown and Lookout Mountain. You can eat, drink, relax, or stretch on mats up in the treetops. The deck is a shared space with the other apartment but has plenty of room for social distancing.

LOCATION: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a remodeled 120-year-old building in the rapidly redeveloping Southside neighborhood of Chattanooga.

Our lovely penthouse is located 1 mile from Main Street, 3 miles from Downtown and 3 miles from Glen Falls Waterfall on Lookout Mountain. Restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are all minutes away by car.

This apartment is referred to as the "King & Queen Suite" and is the larger of the two suites located side by side with an adjoining locked door.

We are located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. We believe the short climb is worth the experience we offer.

NOTE: This unit is priced for a 3-person occupancy. Please add the correct number of guests to get an accurate price per night.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Enjoy a private King bedroom with a closet, ceiling fan, and a television. Snuggle in the luxurious sleep accommodations, mattresses, and linens.
The luxurious Queen bedroom also has a closet, ceiling fan, and a television.
The living room couch is a sleeper sofa (with a memory foam topper), making plenty of room for six people to spend the night or enjoy a weekend getaway.

BATHROOMS: Enjoy 1 full bathroom plus a powder room for privacy.
Take a shower in the gorgeous tub-shower combo. You'll also find a double vanity and custom tile, adding to the charm.

Enjoy plenty of great lighting for makeup, and three full-length mirrors for getting dressed, and ready for a night on the town.

THE KITCHEN: The open concept kitchen and living space are flooded with natural light from the skylight, providing you with a serene area to gather and entertain.

Enjoy stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, an electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (pods or grounds), waffle iron, dishwasher, ice maker, and a high-def Roku TV, and high-speed internet.

The fully stocked kitchen is great for cooking (and eating)! We provide pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, and all the essentials you'll need for a proper meal.
You can seat 10 people in the kitchen, plus more people can sit in the living room while all still being together.

SPA: Our luxury retreat sits atop Good Fortune Soap & Spa where you can book facials, massages, and shop handmade all natural products downstairs.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY: We are only a few hundred feet from the TN Riverwalk, a beautiful walk/bike trail that leads to downtown on the river. You can rent bikes nearby and cruise the Riverwalk, one of the reasons Chattanooga was voted the best city to live (twice).

FREE PARKING: We offer free street parking or any 2 parking spots in our free parking lot behind the building. Please NO parking at Ace Hardware (during store hours). We suggest you have a car or use an uber to get around town. As in any town, please remember to remove your belongings, and lock your doors.
