Newly Renovated Penthouse in downtown area of O Grove, three minutes walk from the harbor and 10 minutes from the island of Toja. All exterior except the toilet area. This is a newly renovated with new hardwood floors and woodwork floor. Two bedrooms: the master with 135cm bed and wardrobe of three bodies with large capacity and the second with two trundle beds (90cm). Living area with programmable pellet fireplace (available in winter with an additional fee) and exit to a bright covered terrace with space to relax or have breakfast. Large kitchen with table for four. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances (ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker). Shower room. There is a washing machine available in a community room.
