House of 60 M2 in the countryside near Briare the canal and its fluvial tourism, guedelon the construction of a castle, the castle of Saint Fargeau and its historical spectacle, museum Colette, Rogny and its 7 locks, parc de boutissaint etc .. . The house offers a dining room of 34 m2 with sleeping area for 1 person, TV 1.65m with Xbox 360 and DVD home theater. A large room with a double bed equipped with electric box spring, a single bed, television and direct access to the garden. A fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee filter and tassimo. A bathroom with led mirror, shower, toilet and washing machine. Independent entrance, private parking, garden, barbecue. Linen included, free Wi-Fi.
We live next to the house, so we are present when needed.
