Quiet, spacious, complete kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms, cozy fireplace, ample indoor and outdoor space, will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a spot in Japser for a group of 6-8
Stayed for 2 nights at this property and was pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness and ease of check in and communication. Was greeted warmly and given helpful information about local places we could eat as our check in was late. House had all that we needed, was very clean, and very spacious. No issues with anything not working properly or not clean. Would recommend!

Thank you Kathy for the great review and comments! It was a pleasure hosting you all in our chalet. I look forward to welcoming you back :)

We had a delightful stay at the Overlander chalet. There were four siblings and their significant others (all retired).
The chalet (#140) had plenty of room, and the accommodations allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. Our stay was only three nights, but the time was enjoyable. The only downside was the longer drive to places like Maligne Lake, but then again, every mile is a chance to take in some beautiful scenery.
We also had dinner at the Stone Peak restaurant. The food and service was very friendly and fine. One notable thing was that we ordered two different cabernets, and the sommelier offered us two glasses so we could taste the two side by side, which was fun. Most of our party ordered the duck, and it was enjoyed by all.
Nice location and space but short on kitchen equipment.
The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses. Only one cookie sheet and mixing bowls and no storage containers. We had just come from a different place we rented in Golden which was much better equipped.

Dear Gina,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay. I want to apologize that we did not have your chalet stocked up more in the kitchen. Certainly great feedback and I appreciated it. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back
Sincerely,
Tim
Beautiful, clean exec chalet a short drive from the Jasper Park entrance. Roomy accommodations for a large group, but bring your own activities to keep yourself occupied - wIfi is spotty/weak.
Smooth check in/out process. Beautiful, spacious, super clean and upkept property. Amazing view and great customer service as well. Would highly recommend!
Nice home outside of Jasper, perfect for a large family. Very minimal WiFi or cell phone service which was very frustrating. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked, so bring the basics with you (salt, pepper, tin foil, etc).

Thank you Jeffrey, for staying with us in chalet 140. Apologies about the location issue on VRBO. I have been working with VRBO on this for over a year to correct the location. It had been corrected but defaulted back to the center of Jasper Town Site. I appreciate you letting me know. I will have this corrected. I hope I have the opportunity to welcome you back.
Thank you,
Tim
Beautiful property, chalet was exactly what we needed, no issues with anything. Cell service and wi-fi not great. This makes it difficult to book excursions online or figure out directions to each location. Might consider an upgrade there. Otherwise everyone enjoyed the place and we would definitely come back

About the host
Hosted by Connor Bull
In the Canadian Rockies, just over half a scenic hour east of the town of Jasper, the Overlander Mountain Lodge Vacation Homes neighborhood of luxury chalets is known for what it's missing.
Instead of crowded tourist sites and restaurants with lines out the door, we have our own Folding Mountain Brewery for casual meals, along with our signature Stone Peak Restaurant, with farm-to-table cuisine created by our international-award winning chef.
While this chalet offers satellite TV, we think you'll prefer views of nature and the extensive trails that invite you to step out.
We're not in Jasper National Park, but located just past its East Gates, closer to Miette Hot Springs than any site in the town of Jasper.
Come stay with us. Stop and smell the wildflowers. Enjoy pure water and peace of mind with our professionally-managed and maintained accommodations. Bring your whole family. Because we think you'll love it here as much as we do, precisely for everything that's missing.
