Chalet located 350 meters from the ski lifts and the ski school (ESF). Ski back to the feet possible, if the snow conditions allow. Direct access to the very large "Les Sybelles" ski area. Very well equipped chalet with WiFi, television, DVD player, raclette and fondue appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Area 200 m2. Living room of 55 m2. Supermarket and Bakery 250 meters away. You will be greeted on site by a person who can receive the deposit check and return it to you at the end of your stay. She can also rent you sheets and towels if you wish (You Ski company). Number of nights Minimum 2

Une belle découverte

Vacances réussies dans un grand chalet à l'ancienne atypique, une grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur la montagne et les aiguilles d'Arves. Chalet très bien équipé avec beaucoup de charme, certes un peu bruyant notamment de par la proximité d'une ferme mais c'est assumable. Nombreuses randos deuis le chalet et le col de la croix de fer situé à proximité

Emplacement magnifique

Chalet idéalement aménagé pour accueillir des groupes, la partie nuit est indépendante de la partie jour, parfait pour la vie en collectivité. Emplacement idéal, vue magnifique, chalet très bien équipé,nombreuses animations d’été sur saint jean d’arves et saint sorlin.

Wakker worden in de bergen

We hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in een heel mooi en ruim chalet met een prachtig uitzicht. Op sommige plekken moesten we even bukken (wij hadden een paar lange mensen bij ons). Het skidorpje was ook heel leuk. Bakker, winkel en souvenirshop op loopafstand, evenals restaurants en een bar (lekkere cocktails). In de buurt 5-30 minuten rijden is er veel te doen. Je kunt vanuit het chalet de bergen in wandelen; een echte aanrader.

Prachtige vakantiewoning voor gezinnen

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit goed uitgeruste vakantiehuis. Het ligt gunstig gelegen tov de pistes en er is meer dan voldoende ruimte in en om het huis om je even terug te trekken. Het huis was heel netjes bij aankomst en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel prettig!

Semaine fantastique dans un magnifique chalet

Un beau chalet avec une belle terrasse plein sud. 5 chambres spacieuses et deux salles de bains soignées. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. À quelques pas des remontées mécaniques. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec 8 enfants et 4 adultes.

Chauffage limite, heureusement il y avait la cheminée, sinon des radiateurs quasi froid dans le reste des pièces, malgré avoir monté la chaudière qui est très ancienne. Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, aucune pression, facile pour faire la vaisselle . Nous avons signalé à l'agence, mais cela n'a rien changé, a prendre ou a laisser. Flyer soit disant mis à disposition pour des remises sur location des skis, aucun Flyer trouvé, donc aucune remise. La location ne vaut pas le prix payé.

Très bon séjour

Le chalet est grand et bien placé à 350m des remontées mécaniques. il est aussi bien situé par rapport aux domaines des sybelles. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de ski (neige + soleil en plus)
