Spend your free time at this gorgeous beach house just 50 steps from our beautiful Gulf waters. Come experience the fantastic tropical lifestyle. High end all new since the hurricanes that include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, tile floors throughout the house, full size washer/ dryer, two beach bikes and a 50" Smart TV. Beautiful bathroom, all tile with a large shower. Second bedroom with a full/single bunkbed. Private patio with furniture & fire pit. Views of the beach and ocean. Just four blocks from the beautiful, Stump Pass State Park. Manasota Key is "old Florida", quaint & relaxing with lots to do minutes away on the mainland. The house was great! it is well stocked and the cleanest place we have ever stayed! The location is great! The outside seating is comfortable with nice view of the ocean.Outside shower and hose so you rinse off from the beach.Communication with Andy was great also.Very close to the beach. We just returned from an unforgettable 9 days and nights at Windrose, a stunning beach house on the Gulf Coast, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew this was going to be something special. The house is beautifully decorated with bright, coastal décor and thoughtful attention to detail that instantly makes you feel relaxed and on vacation mode.The location is unbeatable — just a short walk across the public beach access to one of the most beautiful stretches of sand we’ve ever seen. Every morning we enjoyed breathtaking dawn views over the water from the enclosed rear porch while having breakfast. The house itself is spacious and comfortable for two (and would easily accommodate more), equipped with modern appliances, and was impeccably clean throughout our stay. The open-concept living area was perfect, with cozy seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals after long beach days.Highlights that made our stay exceptional:- Incredible proximity to the beach — we were in the sand in minutes- Outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach time (or even for full showers)- Wonderful thoughtful touches: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bicycles, sand toys, and especially the tandem swing with gorgeous beach viewsThe property was spotless when we arrived, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful the entire time.

We first came to Manasota Key to check out Stump Pass State Park and fell in love with the island. After many trips back to the island we found, Windrose, the perfect beach house for us. We have spent a good portion of our lives on the water boating and on the beach. When we are not on the island we on are on Lake Erie.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique old Florida type beach bungalow. Totally updated with all modern appliances, WIFI, Smart TV's, private patio with firepit, car port and all on the ground floor
level. NO STAIRS! Located on a dead end street with no traffic and wonderful neighbors. It's comfortable quiet and SO close to the beach.
