About this property

Spacious, 4BR Single-Level near Parks

Spacious one level 4 bedrooms home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently close to Nike World Headquarters, downtown Beaverton, restaurants and family-friendly activities. 90 minutes to the beach. Around 25 minutes to Portland depending on traffic.

The space
This is a spacious single-level house with four bedrooms, two full baths, two living and dining spaces.

The internet speed is one gigabit, symmetrical, download and upload speeds are the same, with WIFI mesh repeater system in place. Unlimited Netflix, national news channels, weather, and PBS on the high-definition TV. (No cable TV, we have Roku box with the channels as described)

You also have access to a covered deck, lower deck, and small private back yard.
Guests have access to the whole house, except the garage and 2 locked closets.

There are three large off-street parking spaces in the driveway as well as street parking.

We have exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our house. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rents.

Please note that we do have a rigorous "No street shoes in the house" policy to keep the house and floors clean.

The house is family friendly but not necessarily child-proofed. If you are traveling with children, please specify ages and number.

We would stay here again the house was prefect. Great quiet location. Only one complaint the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable for our family who had to work during our visit.

Great house! Clean and Spacious.

We came to town for our son's wedding and needed a place to stay as we prepped for the wedding. This house was a great space for that. Lots of room for everyone and well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Better Than Expected!

It’s often hard to tell from pictures what you’ll get, but this house exceeded my expectations from the pictures! Beautiful and clean house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood! Shan-Mei had great communication and it was very easy to check in and out.

Portland wedding

This was our first post-covid family gathering for our niece's wedding. We really enjoyed the home and it had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. It was the hottest week end in OR and the home A/C was very effective: not too cold like some homes, but just right. The neighborhood/yard is very peaceful. Comfortable home/furnishing and equipped kitchen.

Comfortable, Quiet, Clean!

My friends and I (all working professionals between the ages of 35-50) had a nice weekend at Shan-Mei's home. We were attending a wedding in the area and this home was centrally located to the wedding + reception as well as great dining options. The neighborhood was quiet with great walking/running trails nearby and our accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back deck and spaciousness of the home. It was a great size for our group of 5 adults! Shan-Mei was very communicative from the get go and all our communications were pleasant and professional. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion would be to increase or improve the seating available in the family room. Couch had recliner seats that did not work and there was only one additional chair outside of the couch. We had a large group so it would have been nice to have a few other options. Other than that it was a great visit-thank you!

Perfect for a family event

We enjoyed our stay here when we came to Portland for our son's wedding. The house was big enough to allow our whole family to stay together for the weekend comfortably. I love how the host had some extra touches to make you feel at home, like toys and games for the children. Great location in a very nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it.

Beaverton Stay

Very nice stay. Spacious house in very quiet neighborhood. Only half a block to regional walking trail. Short drive to berry farms. Overall we loved our stay in this nice big, beautiful house in Beaverton.

Great location, perfect house!!

I would definitely rent this property again! It was clean, comfortable and came at an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy and the host is amazing and helpful. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to work the gas fireplace. Great experience all in all!

Best Vacation Rental!

Shan-Mei was the best hostess very attentive. My vacation was in Christmas time and she was very kind and set up a Christmas tree for my family and not only that she left me a nice present sweet and exquisite box of chocolates. The place nice and clean like not other especially in this times of the pandemic situation, everything in orderly with everything we need, nice and quiet neighborhood, convenient location. Super nice hostess the best!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The house was clean, checking in was easy, and Shan-Mei was very accommodating. Our group had five adults and we all fit very comfortably. If I ever needed to fit a group in Beaverton again, I would definitely stay here!

Beautiful property, beautiful neighborhood

Spacious 4-bedroom. Master suite luxurious with spa-tub long enough to stretch out in. Quiet, private-feeling balcony for morning coffees and evening solitude -- a good spot to watch the fat raccoon climb the tree to pick cherries for his dinner. Very nice, very clean furnishings. Everything needed in kitchen to serve probably 12 people. Coffee options included a dozen or so Keurig cups, a pound of Folgers drip as well as a jar of whole coffee beans and grinder. Nice touches like big bottles of shampoo and shower gel to last the whole stay. Host was readily accommodating and quickly responsive to all our questions. Will definitely schedule again if we are ever in Beaverton again.
