The apartment Erica is located on the first floor of a charming house, just next to the other apartment Fucsia (two families can rent the two apartments simultaneously). It has a private access. The house is a country- style house on two floors.

The apartment Erica can welcome 4 persons. Iit has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. A living/dining room with TV, a safe, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, two terraces with beautiful sea view and table with chairs.
Bed linen and home towels are provided.

The villa is located on the seafront, overlooking the water, on a blind alley from which one has direct access to the sea. The position of the house is conveniently close to the beach for a family with children or a couple: approximately 100 meters along a short path with few steps. The distance from the sea through the air is only 50 meters.
Arenal d'en Castell is one of the most beautiful beaches of th eisland: it is a sheltered bay, in which the sea water is prticularly clean and cristalline. The beach is wide and the sand is very fine, you can rent umbrellas, sunbeds, pedal boats and kayaks. Very close there are several restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, shopping, children playgrounds, car rentals and a pharmacy.
A marina is 4 km away, and a fishing village 2 km away. The airport is 25 minutes by car.

Lovely villa and an even better host!

The villa is really close to the beach and was very clean and tidy. It also looks a lot better than in the photos! The host was super friendly and accommodating and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely go back!

Lovely location but a bit underwhelmed.

We found the apartment to be spotless on arrival and Viviana was very helpful. Lovely views from the balcony. Beautiful beach, really close by with great snorkelling. Lots of friendly fish! The kitchen was a little restrictive, in terms of cooking full meals, but fine for day to day prep of lunches/snacks etc. Bed we found to be rather solid and uncomfortable to be perfectly honest. Also the seating in lounge and for outdoors is all somewhat functional rather than comfy for relaxing on. Good range of bars/restaurants nearby. Noise from hotel/complex on other side of the bay was quite noticeable at times. Never particularly late but just not as peaceful as we were hoping for. Arena D’en Castell was more ‘resorty’ than we would have ideally liked. Lacked a bit of character. Needed a car to go and seek out some less commercial and more traditional spots. Good base for visiting many of the other beaches and towns.

Tres bel appartement. Terrasse avec vue sur mer. A deux minutes d'une tres belle plage. Tres bien placé pour decouvrir l'Île. Propriétaire tres gentille et discrete, conciliante pour les horaires d'arrivées. Peut etre manque un ventilateur lorsque le vent ne veut pas se lever.... Avec plaisir nous reviendrons!

Das Appartment und die Lage waren super!!!! Allerdings würde ich empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt. Aber tatsächlich nur 2 Minuten bis zum Strand. Viviana ist eine sehr nette Frau und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick durch Bäume

Die Wohnung ist durch Stufen in einer Nebenstraße super gelegen, um den schönen Sandstrand zu erreichen. Die 2 Balkone sind ideal, um das schöne Wetter zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und ist sehr sauber gewesen. Viviana ist eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin, die gerne Tipps gibt und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (Familie mit 2 Teenie-Töchtern) und werden gerne wieder einmal kommen.

Práctico y funcional

Bien equipado y sencillo. Realmente al lado de la playa y acantilado. Zona para ver el atardecer a dos pasos. Para visitar, está a 20-30 minutos de los puntos de interés, incluido de Ciudadela. Se duerme bien con las ventanas abiertas, aunque se oiga a los vecinos en sus terrazas y jardines. Viviana es muy amable y servicial. Nos dió también ideas de visitas y trucos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

La casa è semplice e comoda. La spiaggia è vicina (basta scendere una scalinata) e bellissima. La propritaria che vive nell'appartamento sotto è molto gentile e disponibile. Unico appunto negativo è Internet che prende il segnale dall'appartamento sotto dove vive la proprietaria molto lenta spesso inutilizzabile, ma potrebbe anche essere un problema temporaneo e risolvibile.

Wir waren als Paar dort und uns hat die Lage und die Bucht super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist ausreichen groß und eingerichtet so das man gut kochen kann. Das Bett war uns ein wenig zu hart die Dusche ein bisschen zu klein aber der Ausblick vom Balkon und die Lage machen das allemal wieder gut! Sehr nette Vermieter runden das Paket ab. gerne wiederl! Séjour du 04 au 12 Septembre 2016 très très bon accueil ,malgré une arrivée tardive par la propriétaire Viviana Les indications données pour y arriver était précises L'appartement ERICA offre une magnifique vue sur la baie ,le logement était conforme à la description . Fonctionnel ,propre ,très agréable à vivre Situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel avec magnifique plage en contrebas aux eaux cristallines , un régal avec masque et tuba !!!. Excellent séjour , une propriétaire charmante et de bons conseils , Un très bel endroit et point de départ pour découvrir les trésors de Minorque ,nous espérons y revenir l'année prochaine

Super accueil de Viviana dans sa belle maison . Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Le quartier est tres calme. L’accès a la mer est très facile (juste un escalier a descendre) et très rapide. On a apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Même pour faire les courses, on peut se passer de voiture, et les restaurants sont très proches. Une très bonne adresse, que nous recommandons vivement.
