New apartment, 4 people, ground floor, town center.
LOCATION:
Located in the center of Cassis, this new apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults.
We provide you with a baby cot.
Quietly located, high up, with a beautiful view of the vineyards and the village.
You are only 7 minutes walk from the beach, the main street and all the shops.
You can park your car in the courtyard of the house.
DESCRIPTION:
It consists of a large master bedroom with a 180cm bed.
In the living room, a 140 cm sofa bed (16 cm mattress) is the second bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, hood, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, 125cm TV, PlayStation, games ...
The new bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
Outside, a lawn area has been installed to allow you to enjoy a lunch in the sun.
A wooden table and its 4 chairs as well as a garden furniture are at your disposal.
We have also planned for you a small barbecue for your grills.

Available for baby comfort, high chair, travel cot, towels, toys ...
HOUSEHOLD AND LINEN:
Cleaning is compulsory and invoiced at the price of € 60.
For the respect of the person who will carry out the cleaning, we ask you to throw the trash cans and sweep them.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
In season, we prefer arrivals on Saturdays.
Nevertheless, do not hesitate to ask us for an arrival on another day, we will respond to it according to the state of the booking planing.
Arrivals are at 3 p.m., or earlier if we were able to clean up earlier.
It is possible to deposit your luggage on site.
The departure is at 10am, you can leave your luggage.
