Great trip with 5 families (23 people). The house had plenty of room for all of us! The kids stayed entertained with playing pool, shuffle board, and running around outside. The adults enjoyed the large back deck and fire pit. We weren’t lucky with catching any fish from the pond, but did finally see some minnows and tadpoles on the last day. We cooked all meals at the house and were pleasantly surprised that they had a large griddle and a crock pot among all the other everyday amenities you need in the kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable. There is so much to do in the area.
Beautiful accommodations, plenty of space for thirteen of us.
Housekeeping could have been more through, dust bunnies under most of the beds,
Refrigerator shelf bracket broken and light over pool table had 2 broken globes. Minor items did not detract from overall great experience.
Very pleasant stay and the property was great. We did have a problem with outside trash bins full when we arrived, so we had a problem with animals getting int overfilled bins each night. The cabin had all we needed for our family to have a very good time. We would recommend this cabin for any large family, we had 20 people and had ample room. The WIFI was spotty but we got by.
We very much enjoyed our family getaway at King Landing. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. The house was clean and it was great for a rainy weekend in Hochatown.
We had one family not make the trip due to a couple of sick kiddos. Which ended up making a shortage of beds less of a big deal. Maybe we mis-read the listing but we thought there were more bunk beds than what the house actually had. We thought there was going to be two bunk rooms with 3 SETS of bunks. Actually the property has two bunk rooms with 1 set of beds per bunk room. Each set did have a pull out under the bottom bunk but we certainly were surprised when we walked into the house. Things that hopefully will be taken as constructive criticism..We did have a couple of pocket doors going into bathrooms give a couple of ladies problems as the doors would not open after they were closed without some manipulation. The gate for the stairs was never found that was supposed to be at the house to protect the toddlers. The kitchen could use a good can opener and the bathrooms could use a few more towels as there were only three towels in bathrooms attached to each of the (king) bedrooms which didn’t cut it for a three night stay. We did laundry to keep up with the usage. Maybe that’s a good thing with all the COVID stuff but it was inconvenient. The porches were phenomenal. The porch furniture was nice and the fireplace on the porch was a great touch. The house thermostat worked well and the a/c kept the house cool in spite of kids going in and out. The little tank out back made for some great family time with the kids catching some little perch. The game room was nice with a pool table and a shuffleboard table. Both of which were played a lot over the weekend. One of the discs probably needs to be replaced on the shuffleboard as the bottom is worn out but we just played with fewer discs. We went out and bought chalk for the pool cues as there was none at the house. Overall I would rate this property a 4.6 out of 5. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully this review will make sure you know the bed situation which maybe we just misunderstood but nonetheless I thought I would mention it.

Disappointed
WOW !! This property was so beautiful online, however .. The House Keepers could be replaced. We found food , popped balloons, food wrappers left from the previous guest. Outer biggest disappointment was the HOT TUB never reach the correct temperature for our guest to unwind. Reached out to the property manager and yeah that part...She was polite but polite don’t take the place of getting what we paid for. My guest was very disappointed about their husband and wife time in the hot tub - Negative.
We enjoyed the beautiful and luxurious cabin! It had all the amenities you may need and enough space for my big family. The rooms were all comfortable and spacious. Loved how they supplied the basic needs like dishwasher pods, detergent pods, dish soap, etc. The Kings Landing was homie and would highly recommend.
Our family has never yet failed to get together for Christmas. This year we decided on Beavers Bend and found Kings Landing. What a great, special place for us to create some special memories in spite of CV-19. Perfectly furnished and clean. Everyone absolutely approved of this place and would go again without a doubt!! Thank you Kings Landing!
Very pleased with everything about this cabin. Beautiful location, lots of games to play and plenty of places to sit back and relax. It was perfect place for 17 of us to meet up and enjoy some down time. 3 of us from Louisiana, the rest from Oklahoma and Broken Bow is the perfect middle ground. Thanks for everything!!!
