Centrally located in the heart of the village, 100 ft to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to town. Setting is a private courtyard with swimming pool and is located on the north side of town with gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise blue ocean.

The space
The Condos are on the 1,2,and 3rd floor, approximately 700 - 900 sq ft with private entrance and a private beach side patio with ocean views (1st floor limited views).

The Condos has a large kitchen/family/dining area with center island, 2 bredrooms (1st - king) and (2nd 2 twins), each with private bathroom, walk-in showers, and ample storage space for your personal items. A/C mini-splits - family area and each bedroom.

Management will greet guests upon arrival, do a walk through, and ensure guests are familiar with details: (Internet access codes, safe deposit codes, cleaning schedule, house rules, etc). As requested, will provide information regarding town activities, restaurants, local tours, how-to, etc. Management is available should guests need additional assistance.

I’ve stayed at several of Jim’s properties throughout the years. It’s my favorite because of its location and just how spacious the condos are. I love that he has bikes and great beach chairs, umbrellas, and I nice pool. The property is super clean and has everything in the kitchen. The beds are some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on. Great communication , and he is very easy to work with. Just extended my trip and booked with Jim again.

Perfect!

Extremely pleasant stay, from initial communication that was fast and specific, detailed pdfs about the condo and town, and a detailed check in. Property manager was available anytime for questions. A2 had a great balcony and wonderful ocean views. Extremely clean.

Great location and property!

We had a wonderful view of the path to the beach from the balcony of 2A. Clean, bright, and cheery beach condo. Everything was just great. It was a short walk to town, and the beach was maybe a 1 minute walk. Mandy and (im sorry but I forget his name) were wonderful and helpful. The only thing that was not really a con, since they fixed it, was that the bed is really hard. I'm not sure why, but a lot of beds in the Caribbean are hard as a rock. We asked for extra blankets to lay on, and they appeared 5 minutes later with a memory foam topper and extra pillows! Highly recommend Dos Delfinas for anyone staying in Puerto Morelos. Couldnt have been a better vacation and stay at this property!
