Important Information:

Parking passes ($5 each) and wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up from mid-May through September.
Sandy Shores rents with a 7-night minimum, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

Parking:

Designated parking is available for two vehicles along the street in front of the house and two behind the house in marked spots. Nearby overflow parking is also available.

House Rules:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following house rules are strictly enforced:

No smoking or vaping indoors
No pets allowed
No parties or large gatherings
No prom parties
No bachelor/bachelorette parties
No fireworks
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and present for the duration of the stay.
