Luxury Fully Staffed 5 Bedroom Ocean View Villa with Infinity Pool

Welcome to Springville! Your home away from home. Springville is a fully-staffed luxury villa situated in Montego Bay, just 20 minutes from the airport.

Set on 3.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Caribbean. The villa features plenty of outdoor living space- unwind on the veranda where you can take in sweeping sea views and an infinity pool.

Our 5 person staff will tend to your every need:

Your bed and bath will be serviced each day by the housekeeper.

The pool and grounds will be tended to by the Gardeners.

The Butler will serve you all drinks, snacks and meals.

Springville is staffed with a full time chef to cook all meals. There is no additional cost for the staff. If the Rental Party decides to pre-stock the villa with food and groceries, they will reimburse the Chef or the Villa Manager in cash on the day after arrival. This will also include $30 to reimburse the Chef for transportation to and from the store.
The Rental Party understands that they are responsible for purchasing (or reimbursing the Chef if the Chef is sent to purchase) any food/drink/groceries for meals at the villa. The Rental Party should budget about $50 per day per adult (for 3 meals) if they plan on having their meals at the villa.

Additional Guest Fee: There is an additional fee of $150 per person per night for reservations above 6 people due to the cost of consumption and running the villa.

Should you decide to explore off property, we can facilitate private transportation throughout your stay to visit local beaches, restaurants or other excursions. You will work with the driver directly on payment.

This may have been our best vacation ever. Things couldn't have been easier or nicer. From being greeted at the door with drinks to wonderful coffee ready for the early risers to meals that even picky eaters loved - this stay exceeded every expectation. The staff is wonderful and friendly and made every possible effort to make us feel welcome. The house is beautifully appointed but comfortable.The house is in great shape after the storm, but you can tell that the island was hit by one of the strongest storms in history. It is recovering, and the people are resilient, but please don't expect a perfect paradise surrounding you. Things will grow back, but it's going to take time and there are still things to be cleaned up. Even so, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If you have the opportunity, you should stay here.

Amazing Time at Springville

We were a group of 12 with 8 adults and 4 children between 12 and 6 years old. The kids had an amazing time in the pool. The food was amazing and the staff felt like family. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Excellent property, spacious, comfortable outdoor space inside and outside of the elements. We were able to sit comfortably outside while it was raining under the covered patio. Great hospitality, Jackie and the team were absolutely great! Overall a wonderful property for a family or small group vacation.

Wonderful Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully appointed property. Although we arrived later in the evening, we were still greeted by the staff with rum punch and smiles. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. The property manager was also very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated with ample space for my family of 5. I would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Highly recommend it for families and couples. The owner is extremely reaponsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Amazing place!

We had such a great stay at Springville for a photography retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the view was incredible. All the staff, especially Ginger, were fantastic. We ate all our meals at the villa and the food was great. We'd be happy to recommend Springville to anyone visiting Montego Bay!

My sisters and I treated our mother for her 76th birthday. The home was beautiful! Very-well maintained by a lovely staff that felt like family. It is surrounded by awe-inspiring views of nature with luscious flowers, trees and grass that feels like high-pile carpet, perfect for grounding.Inside, each room is tastefully decorated with quality you don’t find The infinity pool was very clean, and spectacular. The beds were comfortable.The STAFF-I cannot say enough about the staff. Chef Vincent, Miss Jackie, and D (we gave him a nickname). They truly are gems! Not to omit the gardeners, and the FANTASTIC job of caring for the grounds. And lastly, the Owner, Joseph, who promptly responded to any questions we had.I highly recommend this paradise to everyone looking for a luxurious getaway in MBJ.

Great place to stay!

The property is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. Ginger was the best butler ever, and Vincent's food was delicious. Joe and Ginger were able to help me with a lot of moving parts including massages, transportation, and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely return to this villa.

Sunshine at Springville

I don’t know where to start? Springville was the perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were faultless and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s located perfectly in Montego Bay for anything you might like to do off property. We found ourselves sad to leave when it was time to go. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing Experience

Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. I would recommend this villa to any guest and we definitely will be staying here again.

Springville is beautiful the photos and property match the photos and listing. We enjoyed our stay Ginger was super sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. I give this place a 4/5 due to the fact that we did not know the ground keeper was staying on the property with us. Besides that, we love everything !

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible.Joseph, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Outstanding vacation rental!

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

Paradise

The staff at Springville was absolutely amazing—Ms. Jackie, Mr. Vincent, David, Chad, Phylicia, Roshawn, Sanjay, and Alwayne truly made the stay memorable. Overall, the experience was great. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the primary suite wasn’t working, making the room unusable and requiring guests to share rooms. While the team did try to fix it, there was no resolution during our stay, which was disappointing. That said, once the AC in the primary suite is repaired, you truly couldn’t ask for a better stay with such a wonderful staff. I would still happily recommend this home to anyone.

Amazing 😍

My overall experience was just amazing, me and my friends enjoyed every minute of the stay. The whole staff party was so welcoming and friendly, The Chef was amazing and the delicious food was a hands down, the butler was awesome and amazing, the housekeeper was just wonderful and amazing. All the rooms were to perfection and spotless, can't forget about the driver Mr. Trevor, he was so easy going and friendly and very helpful. Hands down to the whole stay, nxt time I travel that way this is mostly definitely my first pick, you guys are the real MVP's! TY Mr. Joe
