Furnished and equipped house for 2 to 3 people with a superb panoramic view, located 3 minutes walk from the beach in the center of Mers-les-Bains in a quiet street, with a small enclosed and sunny plot.

Two adult bikes are available for free to explore the region.

The rental includes a kitchen and dining area, a living room with 2 sofas, TV, balcony with superb panoramic views, bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms, the first with a 140 x 190 double bed and the second with a 90 x 190 bed and a folding bed.

Outside, a small, very sunny enclosed plot is fitted out: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, lawn area, deckchairs.

Bed and bathroom linen is provided free of charge.
