Completely remodeled in March 2023!

This 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is on the 7th floor at Ocean Ritz and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Master Bedroom 1: Gulf front balcony access, king bed, smart TV with cable, private bathroom, closet
Master Bedroom 2: Gulf front balcony access, king bed, smart TV with cable, private bathroom, closet
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV with cable, private bathroom, closet
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds, smart TV with cable, private access to main bathroom, closet
Living Room: Gulf front balcony access, queen sleeper sofa, 65 inch smart TV with cable
Balcony: Large 40 x 12 ft gulf front balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub is furnished with 2 outdoor loveseats and a dining table with 8 chairs.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with accessories and offers everything necessary to prepare a gourmet meal.
A full size stacked washer and dryer is located in the main bathroom.

Parking: You will get one pass for the assigned parking spot on-site, and a second pass for an unassigned spot (first come, first serve) in the overflow lot across the street. If there is not an unassigned spot available and/or any additional vehicles will have to park in the city lot (located across the street, behind our overflow lot) for a daily charge.

Beach Chair Service: One set of complimentary beach chairs (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) for you to use during your stay (available March 1st - October 31st)

Additionally, there's an exercise room, steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub adjacent to beachfront swimming pool and gazebo for outdoor barbecues.

Plenty of space

This 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located. The beach was only steps away and had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Thank you Bobbie for an amazing stay!!

Very nice and very clean condo! Communication was wonderful if you had any questions. Balcony had an amazing view. Each person having their own bathroom and bedroom was an amazing plus! Condo had everything you needed and more. Can’t wait to book again next year! This host goes above and beyond for their guests!

Highly Recommend this place!

We had 11 people in our 4 BR 4BA condo with mostly teenagers. It was the perfect place to stay because you are not far from teen events, shopping, and places to go eat. We have stayed at 3 other places and this has by far been the best place we have stayed in and we look forward to staying here again!

Views and Great space!

Great space for family. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 Master bedrooms , both with patio access. Kitchen well equipped with essentials. View of beautiful beach and gulf = huge balcony spanning entire unit. Highly recommended!

This condo was good. The property owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to any needs we had. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were what we needed. The ice maker didn’t make enough ice for a group of 7 in really hot weather, so we bought ice most days.

Plenty of Room

We loved our stay. There were 8 adults and two infants in our party. A four bedroom condo is hard to find much less one that has 4 bathrooms as well! It was very clean and was beautiful as well. The only negative I would say is to not over grocery shop as there is not a pantry area. As others have said there was a wait for elevators but it wasnt a big deal to us. The balcony.... fabulous! Would rent again in a second

Our 4 bedroom 4 bath 7th floor condo met our family needs very well. If I had to mention a downside it would be only two elevators for the complex. It can be a challenge at times to get one, especially during arrival. Overall a nice place for the cost. Thank You....

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the stay overall! The access to the beach was real easy and right downstairs, and walk out to the beach! The rooms were clean and the views were great. Sitting on the balcony, and watching the sunsets were really nice! Incidentally, the hallways had to be painted one day, so we didn't have access for the most part of the day (either stay in the condo, which our mother-in-law and the kids did), or stay out for the most part of the day (myself and my wife). The owners were really nice and did refund us for that one day. The chairs at the beach were "reserved", so for a couple of days, we weren't able to sit on the front row, even though quite a few were available. Overall the stay was really nice, and we enjoyed our stay! We will likely return here in the future.

Beautiful ocean breeze

Beautiful ocean breeze, The balcony was my favorite place to be overlooking the golf beautiful breeze beautiful water. The reason I picked this condo was because of four bedrooms four bathrooms The living space was a nice size. The kitchen was a little small but it worked. there were two elevators but only one was working and there were times I was a little bit of a wait because it was busy. Overall we enjoyed the condo most of all we enjoyed the balcony The attractions were close by so that was very convenient. The host was very quick to respond to any issues that we encountered.

Very pleased

Beautiful property and very roomy, huge balcony and the kitchen was well stocked. Only obsticle was no pantry and the kitchen cabinets were full of supplies so no room for groceries. Buy for a few days at a time. Oh and the beautiful wool rug sheds. Lol

Nice 4 BR condo in the middle of the strip. We did not have enough towels, they responded quickly with plenty. We were not told when the condo was ready. Overall it was clean, some shower liners are overdue to be replaced. I assume he was the HOA president, very much... over zealous. They were painting outside, they did a good job of keeping the pool open but did get paint on some cars.

Good but not great.

Property was pretty much as listed. Very spacious. Loved the patio. Comes with two chairs on the beach which is nice. But… ALL mattresses were horrible!! Two front bedrooms need curtains, breezeway/outside lights shine in all night. Ice maker in fridge/freezer didn’t work, but they were supposedly replacing. Underneath some of the cabinets weren’t cleaned the best. Only one elevator worked while we were there. Parking is not the best.

Beautiful View!! Spacious- Comfortably Decorated

Property was well located. Furnishing were comfortable for our large family. Massive balcony with beautiful views. Owner was more than considerate of our needs when our vehicle’s starter decided to die as we were checking out. Owner allowed us to remain in condo while we waited on a tow truck. Florida heat in July is no joke. Only problem we had during our visit was the elevators. They broke down twice during our stay where we had to use the stairs. A little uncomfortable for our age but we survived. They were repaired rather quickly but we never saw both running at the same time. Still not an owner problem.

CAN YOU PLEASE ASK THE CLEANING LADYS IF THEY FOUND A SHIRT IN THE DRAWERS UNDER THE T.V. IN THE LARGE ROOM TO THE LEFT, AND MY DAUGHTER HUSBAND LOST IS WEDDING RING AND THOUGHT THEY MIGHT OF COME ACROSS IT,THE STAY WAS GOOD AND THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, THE PARKING WAS AWFUL, AND HAVING THE POOL CLOSED EVERYDAY UNTILL 5 WAS NOT GOOD FOR A FAMILY, I WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT COULD BE DONE ONE THE OFF SEASONS, THEY ALSO SAID THE OWNER WERE COMPENSATING ME FOR THE DAY THAT THEY WERE PAINTING THE BALCONY BECAUSE THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE INTO THE CANDO AND WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR THE DAY BECAUSE WE COULD NOT MOVE ANY WHERE IN THE CONDO BUT THE BED ROOMS, ALSO I WOULD SUGGEST PUTTING STRIPS IN THE BATH TUBS MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER SLIP IN THE TUB THIS MIGHT HELP IN THE FUTURE.

If I only knew this before my family booked this condo.....

This condo was a big disappointment for the money we paid!The kitchen is really small. If you plan to do much cooking, be prepared that there is zero storage space, had two towels and zero dish cloths. There wasn’t a single paper towel roll and no dish soap. Also, there is not enough silverware to feed 11. We had to wash constantly to have the utensils needed for the meals. There was 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. We were charged a cleaning fee for the week and it was obvious that no one had cleaned before our arrival. We had to wash our sheets on all beds (hairs on the beds), shake out all the rugs, and sweep all the floors before we unpacked. The entire condo needs a massive deep cleaning and things need repairing. The Air Vents need dusting. There was dirt in the corners of the rooms along with dust on the fans and light fixtures. The jetted tub in the Master Bedroom was caked up with mildew so we could only shower in there. The ceiling was peeling badly in the living room and one of the bathtubs shifted every time we got in it. There is a switch but no lighting over the dining room table. It was very dark in there. The sliding doors to go out to the balcony were incredibly hard to open!!! Under amenities, it mentions a grill is provided. We thought it would be on the balcony. Turns out, it’s on the bottom floor of the building around the pool area. We had to go down the elevator with our raw meat. The parking is absolutely awful!!! The parking garages are too tight and narrow and if sent to the over flow parking that claims to only be for Ocean Ritz Guests, you WILL lose your parking spot because the general public can park there as well and you will have to pay $5 bucks a day to park in the public parking. There is a washing machine and dryer but they are SUPER TINY! The dryer takes FOREVER to dry the clothes! There is a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and when we pulled it out, a half eaten pop tart fell out and the mattress was absolutely not acceptable to sleep on. We ended up buying 2 blow up mattresses. The mattresses in all of the rooms need to be replaced. While standing on the balcony one afternoon, I heard a knock on the BALCONY DOOR and turned around to find the owners’ Assistant standing inside my condo. She had just walked in. Weird. If you choose this condo, bring cleaning supplies, paper goods, beach towels, and dish towels. Be prepared to clean before you start enjoying your vacation.

Thunder Beach Bike Rally

This condo was perfect!!!!! We had 2 couples and 2 singles. More than enough room for everyone and that balcony!!! We would go back in an instant. This condos location is perfect and sits on the beach. The view and the breeze were exactly what we needed. We were able to fit 4 bikes in 1 parking space and the parking lot is monitored. The owner is absolutely amazing!!!! The building was being power washed when we were there and she took the time to let us know so we could move the bikes to the lot across the street. We thought that was the best and we were very impressed that she reached out. She is very quick with her responses. If you are on the fence about this condo….don’t be!!!!!!! It is a wonderful place to stay and we didn’t want to leave !!
