About this property

A Beach House! (not just a house on the beach)

140' of beachfront property with a deep sandy beach. Very private property - almost invisible to neighbors houses on either side of us and (and from the road in front of the house), Three sizeable decks for eating or sunning, A "Dune Deck" overlooking the beach - enjoyable for breakfast or lunch with family, friends. A large EIK with a table that can seat 10! A wide-open living room/kitchen expanse - the entire width of the house. Large, 20'x40' pool with sizeable deck & poolside furniture. Six bedrooms sleeping 2 adults each, and a full bath between every two bedrooms. Access to Bay with a sandy beach. See more below:

At least 8-10 beach chairs provided, several large beach umbrellas, gardener & pool service weekly, 2 large refrigerators with pull-out freezers - one in kitchen other in the garage area, ROW just across the street to beautiful Bay with its own sandy beach. Shallow water there with sandy bottom (perfect for young children to swim), several children's' plastic/foam surfboards, many pool and beach children's toys for all ages, private "pool shower" with changing area, 1/2 bath toilet & sink just off pool, tiled laundry room with clothes washer, dryer, & sink, large dining table in kitchen (seats 10 or more),. wet-bar & ice maker, fresh mint garden, can't advertise fires on the beach but we have had them, two ample & separate sitting areas on each end of the second-floor living room (see pix - great for two generations' enjoyment), excellent shopping in nearby Village - 2 miles away.

Two adults, now retired, with 3 working daughters and a grandson. We have all "grown up" here in many ways over a long span of time. We'd love to have you share the same wonderful experience at our location that I call "Big Sky".

Why they chose this property

Always different - to see and enjoy regardless of the weather or the season. We have an endless photo library of all the clouds, rainbows, waves, beaches (they seem to change every week), beautiful pines trees (now make our property very private), native flowers - both on the beach and in our gardens (even including our amazing yellow cactus flowers, in season), numerous species of wild birds, sand crabs, and other beach creatures, and the bucks, dowes and fawns that visit our dune often near sunrise or dusk. It's truly special.
