We love our guests and they are our number one priority. However, this is a residential area and we respect our neighbors therefore no events allowed. Outside gatherings should be mindful of noise as well.

The village of Westhampton is only a short drive away with trendy boutiques, cafes, and great restaurants. Wineries, and outlet shopping are all nearby. Popular outdoor activities include: water sports (rafting, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, water skiing, water tubing, wind-surfing), cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, and paragliding.

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this was by far the best stay I’ve had. Rose (property owner) was fantastic through the booking phase, and did an even better job through our stay. She communicated her expectations, and made sure every detail was taken care of for our group. There are amazing views, amazing restaurants near by (Flora), and a very relaxed atmosphere. We truly loved every second of our stay. I would stay at this house every time I had the opportunity. Amazing experience.

Highly highly recommend this property for your family vacation! We stayed as a family with kids ranging from toddler through 10 years old and it was enjoyed by all. Rose was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the moment we first reached out, through the seamless check in process, during our stay - all of it! Great weekend getaway!

65th Birthday Celebration

I spent the last weekend with my family to celebrate my 65th birthday at Rose's house in Westhampton Beach. It was an amazing experience and one I will never forget. The house was spacious, clean and next to the beach. Rose is an excellent host. She is very responsive and attends to all our needs. My family and I will definitely return in the near future. Rose is just incredible!

We really loved our stay at Rose's house in West Hampton Dunes. There is so much open space in this vibrant house. You could not get any closer to the ocean with great views in all directions! Rose was the BEST host! She was kind, helpful, and so hospitable. We had such a wonderful time and cannot wait to return in the near future!

Great location

Beds were amazing and comfortable. Rose was amazing and so sweet. Would suggest all TV's be smart TV's to access other programming. Hot tub was nice and bath tubs and fireplaces were awesome. A guestbook with some area information and places to go would be helpful if you have never been to the area. The stay and time to relax in a beautiful house on the beach was just what was needed.

Perfect weekend!

The house was large enough to host our large crew with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The location was unbeatable and the parking was ample. There was enough furniture around for everyone to always find a seat inside and outside. We also took Rose's recommendation for a fantastic local chef who made all of our meals! Sunflower's catering allowed me to not have to worry about a thing. Food was topnotch and everyone raved about it.

Awesome experience

Our group consisted of 8 adults and 4 children. We stayed at this property for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place has beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and a large dining area. Our chefs had enough space to make our meals. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by us all. And of course the direct access to the beach is super helpful. Rose is a very experienced hostess and she helped us with everything we needed, from suggestions for a boat ride to places to go in the Hamptons.

The Perfect Hamptons Getaway

We live in Manhattan and stayed for 10 days at this property - and it was the best Hamptons family vacation we’ve had (and we have rented many houses in the past). The owner , Rose , and her team are truly amazing . We felt at home immediately. She took care of everything we needed , gave us great recommendations , and treated us like her own family. We have vacationed at different homes in the Hamptons over the last 20 years and I have to say this was our best experience. The house is large , spacious and well furnished and stocked with everything you need: the location is absolutely perfect , you walk right out into your own private beach. The neighborhood is warm and friendly , and , for us, being relatively close to Manhattan was a real plus. I would book this house again in a heartbeat !

Fabulous stay on the beach!!!

We had such a fantastic last minute getaway to the Hamptons this past weekend and were so happy we found Rose and her house through VRBO. We were lucky enough to have this fabulous, beautiful, spacious home available to us right on the water with large glass doors directly facing the gorgeous, private beach. The space was perfect - Beautiful, inviting, large kitchen area with huge island and wonderful large circular dining table opened up to a 2 story super comfy great room where my daughter loved to read, and an extra family room with fireplace, extra sitting space, etc. Plenty of room and light everywhere in the home with absolutely spectacular views of the water and waves from balconies and deck and windows. Rose was truly amazing - thoughtful and attentive to every detail....thank you so much, Rose, for letting us stay and have such a fantastic weekend. We will definitely be back and can't wait!!

A fabulous experience!

We highly recommend this property. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. It is near the town center but remote enough to feel like you can enjoy a quiet beach vacation with a heated pool and jacuzzi. Rose could not have been more helpful or responsive.

Great ocean front home in Westhampton Dunes

Beautiful home with pool and hot tub. Lots of open space with views of the ocean. Easy beach access as well. Accessible to center of town. Homeowner was very responsive to any inquiries and helped arrange a wine country tour and a private chef.

Long overdue Memorial celebration

The two properties we rented from Rose were absolutely perfect and as advertised. We were a large group, extended family consisting of the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of our mother who passed away during the pandemic. Because the two houses were close to each other and large enough to accommodate all of us, we were able to relax together for an entire weekend. Rose was very kind, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. We were all grateful to her for her flexibility and would highly recommend renting from her! The houses were both perfect for our large group to relax. The beach is beautiful and we saw whales!! We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you Rose!

Beautiful location and views from almost every room!

My family and I recently stayed here for the weekend and we could not be any happier with our choice. The location of the house from our home in New Jersey and from places to shop and sightsee in the Hamptons was ideal, everything was in reasonable distance. The house itself is stunning with our own private beach walkway and views from almost every room. Being able to wake up with a beautiful view of the beach and safely walk out and sit on the beach was amazing. Everyone really enjoyed it. The amenities within the house were also great. Rose was an exceptional host, communication was very fast and easy and she was so kind! After enjoying our stay here for a few short days, we are definitely planning on staying here again soon! We loved our stay. We had plenty of room to spread-out in the house. The beach is seconds from the back door, which is wonderful.

Fantastic Place!

Rose is lovely to work with. She responded to my questions in a timely manner and when I needed something in the house, she attended to it. The house was clean, well stocked in the kitchen. It is a beautiful view and location with a beautiful house! The town is nearby with a few restaurant options or to walk around, which is also nice. A grocery store is also close by, which is helpful.

Perfect home and location for large family in Westhampton Beach

My siblings and I decided to extend a trip to Westhampton Beach into a longer family vacation. Perfect location, right on the ocean, with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well. Inside was spacious and comfortable. We could not have found a nicer home for a large family. The large kitchen and living areas were perfect for enjoying each other's company, while there was plenty of room for anyone to retreat to his/her own space when desired. From the time I booked the house 6 months prior to our trip until the time of our arrival, Rose was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had. I was a little nervous, with this being the first time I had rented a home using an online website, but I always felt better after speaking with Rose. She takes a personal interest in making sure that her guests enjoy all that the home has to offer. She met us at the house when we arrived and personally gave us a tour so that we knew exactly where everything we needed could be found. When we had a concern with lighting in a bathroom, she had someone there within 30 minutes to address the situation and checked back to make sure that the issue had been resolved. My experience with Rose has left me feeling much more comfortable about using this method for future vacations. I think that anyone fortunate enough to stay in Rose's home will have an enjoyable experience filled with many wonderful memories.
