A mahogany deck with heated granite private pool and Jacuzzi facing the ocean during the nice weather. Top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen appliances: 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, subzero refrigerator, wine fridge, washer/dryer, numerous flat screen TVs, central air, 2 fireplaces, high-speed internet, satellite/cable TV, outdoor gas grill. Towels and linens are supplied. This house can be enjoyed year round. It is fully winterized with a hot tub available 24/7 during the off season for you to enjoy even in cold weather.

We love our guests and they are our number one priority. However, this is a residential area and we respect our neighbors therefore no events allowed. Outside gatherings should be mindful of noise as well.

The village of Westhampton is only a short drive away with trendy boutiques, cafes, and great restaurants. Wineries, and outlet shopping are all nearby. Popular outdoor activities include: water sports (rafting, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, water skiing, water tubing, wind-surfing), cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, and paragliding.

Beautiful and perfect for a work retreat!! Beautiful beachfront house on Dune Rd

Very nice house for our large family gathering. Rose was very communicative and helpful in telling us about local resources and attractions. Location was excellent and the beach was beautiful. Pool, spa and hot tub were all very relaxing.

Wonderful beachside getaway

We booked Rose's beautiful beachside home for a weekend getaway with our kids and our friends. The home is spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our whole group. The direct beach access made it super easy to enjoy time outside, and we had a great time preparing food in the kitchen and on the deck. It was as relaxing of a getaway as one could hope for, and Rose was so gracious and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Our stay was nothing short of Amazing Rose is wonderful and very helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns. Rose assisted me with a personal chef for my 50th birthday dinner Laura and Michelle from Sunflower catering were great. Please look no further this home is beautiful. My family and friends were very happy, this home is very spacious lots of room for everyone. The views of the ocean and the sunset were spectacular. I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!

Wonderful Winter Weekend!

I can not say enough about how wonderful Rose was to work with! She made sure everything for our stay was taken care of. We enjoyed every minute of our winter beach getaway. The views, the hot tub, the beach on a sunny day... all fantastic. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a beautiful home, located right on the beach surrounded by great food and activities then look no further! Rose is a wonderful host ...She responded to all of our needs and even checked in just to make sure we did not need anything. We were working locally and having the option to stay at this beautiful home made it more enjoyable We will definitely be returning

Great place- be prepared

We really liked Rose and her beautiful home. The beds are plentiful, clean, and comfortable. However, rent beach chairs and umbrellas before you go and take basic kitchen items: dish soap, paper towels, Pam, cupcake pans, and garbage bag. We were able to get Instacart delivery! Rose is very quick to respond to needs. You will love being here.

Rose's Beach House

We had such a wonderful time enjoying views of the ocean, spending time with family and just being able to relax in such a wonderful home. Though it was the winter, where you are not going to roll out to the beach with towels and sunscreen, but you get to enjoy such a wonderful home, with an even more wonderful host. Rose was more accommodating than any host we have met, and the extra care she gave for us, really went a long way. We will be back, and thank you again! Also admire, Rose's husband's paintings throughout the home!

Surprise Birthday Getaway

My dad and I rented Rose's beautiful beach front property to surprise my mom for her 50th birthday. All of my aunts and cousins came up to stay with us and we had the most incredible time! The house is spacious and inviting. The layout was perfect to just hangout and spend quality family time. The rooms were accommodating and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had most, if not all, of the appliances and utensils we needed. I think my favorite part of the house was the view. It literally sits on the beach and the back of the house has enormous windows that give you a fantastic view of the ocean and lets in a lot of light. Like I said, my family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and clean, and Rose was super accommodating, sweet, and easy to get in contact with. If you are looking for a great place to get away and spend quality time with people you care about, I would definitely recommend Rose's house!

GIRL'S WEEKEND AWAY

What a fantastic weekend!! We held our annual GWA in this beautiful home and created memories that will last a lifetime. The house is great with tons of room and plenty of bathrooms - enough for 10 women. The kitchen was huge, allowing all of us to be together while cooking. The panoramic ocean views were magnificent, the beach pristine! Rose and her husband Harry responded immediately with any questions we had and made us feel right at home. We rented the house on the last weekend in March and though it was just above 40 degrees we were able to sit outside on the deck facing the ocean. The owner is an architect, who designed the exterior of the house to be protected from the ocean winds. This allowed us to sit outside for hours each day. We will certainly be back next year and would recommend this house to anyone and everyone! Thank you Rose for a most memorable weekend!!!

Overall, we had a wonderful time! We traveled with our children and grandchildren and enjoyed ourselves (although we would have had a great time with our family wherever we stayed).The layout of the house was terrific! The location is what made the house….it’s proximity to the beach was wonderful! Be mindful….although it is a beach house, the host does not provide beach towels, beach chairs or beach blankets. There is a nice size pool in the back of the house. The heat was broken, but the host did have it fixed within 24 hours. I was surprised that she did not know that the heat was broken…I think she should check all appliances, etc before a new family arrives. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There were no waste baskets in each room or bathroom and there were no tissue boxes in the bathrooms. The kitchen and bathroom drawers were dirty. I cleaned them with the cleaning supplies that I brought. Please be aware that you will need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, tissue boxes, pool rafts, napkins, etc… There was dishwasher detergent there, perhaps left over from the previous renters. There were no black out shades in the bedrooms, which bothered my family, as the light from the sheer shades shone through early in the morning. There were plenty of plates, juice glasses and bowls. There were 3 water glasses and 1 martini glass. Fortunately, I had brought some of my own. The host is accommodating.

The house is equipped with plenty of towels as well as drinking glasses.   While we do have routine maintenance checks between stays, sometimes an issue may arise unexpectedly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolved the pool heater within 24 hours. Anything regarding the property I do always address right away. Please note, there was a guest that did check out the morning of your arrival and everything was in proper order.  Also wanted to kindly mention that I had a lovely conversation with your wife the night before your arrival. She expressed interest in arriving two hours early, but I explained that we had a guest checking out that same morning, and our cleaning crew needed the full time to prepare the home. Despite that, you and your family arrived and two hours before the scheduled check-in time, while the cleaning crew was still working. I take great pride in the cleanliness of my home, and my crew works very hard to ensure everything is spotless. In order to deliver that high standard, it’s important they have the proper time and space to finish their work without interruption.  We’re grateful for your kind words about our responsiveness and for highlighting the positive aspects of your stay. Beautiful villa right on the beach

Enjoyed my stay at this villa. Rose, the host, was so kind, warm and responsive before booking and while we stayed at her villa. The villa was spacious and bright and matched the photos exactly. Highly recommend a stay here!

Best Rental Experience I Ever Had

As someone who is constantly traveling, I deal with many rental homes. I originally booked this home for a business event. My expectations were blown away. The owner communicated with me in a very timely fashion and was very clear about the home. The house is very comfortable and kept in perfect condition not to mention everything was spotless and freshly clean. The views are stunning and with the private beach, you can't go wrong renting this house. I came in the winter and everywhere was very relaxing. I look forward to coming back (and during the summer as well!). I would rate the house and my experience with Rose 6 out of 5 stars. Everything was above and beyond, and I would recommend this rental to all of my friends.

New Year vacation

We had a three day vacation for the New Year's celebration at Rose's property on the beach. The house is very beautiful and well maintained, and the views are stunning! You can see both the sunset and sunrise at the ocean! Rose is great and very gracious, and she cares a lot about the visitors' comfort. She is available for any questions you may have. She called us several times from a limited connection cruise to make sure that everything is OK and we are having fun! We had a great time and most likely will come again!

Birthday getaway

I rented this house to celebrate my daughter's 3rd Birthday with a group of friends. This is such a gorgeous beachfront house, we were able to see the sunrise from our master bedroom, the view is breathtaking. The house is very spacious, kids had a lot of fun doing art & craft projects, taking a walk on the beach. Rose the owner is very nice, she's available to be contacted during our stay and we are very satisfied with our stay. We are hoping to come back in the summer.

Gorgeous beachfront home with pool and jacuzzi. Very clean. We had a great 'girl getaway' for our birthdays. Would highly recommend renting this property! Thank you, Rose, for your gracious hospitality!!

Super Host and Super House!!

The house is amazing for a large group! We were 5 couples and had a blast! Rose was an amazing host and answered all our questions fast! I highly recommend this house for any season! It has all of the appliances you need and at the moment you enter you already feel at home! I'd definitely go back!

Fantastic stay highly recommend it

The owners are so nice and their home gave us such a great experience in the Hamptons. We'd do it again.
