Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful time at Adrienne and Frank’s house! It was the perfect location-we could either walk or drive into town, it was a 2 minute drive to the beach (we went there to watch the beautiful sunset every night). They had everything you could want for our stay-beach chairs, towels, etc. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in Antheia House. It is lovely and beautiful. Adrienne should be an interior designer - so many great touches. We will stay there again.

Perfect girls weekend!

We had such a lovely time at the property! Everything was super clean and perfectly appointed with luxury products - no expense spared on the decor and amenities. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and chatting, and town is within walking distance (about a mile) where we enjoyed shopping and great meals. Great hosts and great communication! Would recommend highly and definitely would stay again.

Beautiful home

We were in town for a wedding and had 3 couples staying in the house. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Frank and Adrienne were great to work with and very accommodating. We loved our stay at the Antheia and would love to stay again next time we are in town!

Five star boutique cottage

The home is elegantly appointed creating a feel like your staying at a five star boutique hotel. The house backs to a nature preserve and creek so you enjoy visits from all the wonderful wildlife that call the sanctuary home. It's a true paradise for bird lovers. The hosts, Frank and Andrienne are gracious and accomodated all our special requests. Antheia House a true gem.

Weekend Stay with the Guys

A&F have been amazing hosts. Communication and attention to detail was 5 star hotel like. We had a group of 6 guys for our annual trip and the property had everything you could ask for. Location was amazing with the golf course 2 minutes away. Overall had a great experience which was made possible by A&F being amazing hosts.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Home, and Thoughtful Hosts!

Where do we begin? We had such a wonderful stay in this house. It’s clear that a lot of care is taken to make sure guests feel right at home. The house was clean, nicely decorated, close to all major destinations in the area and had everything we needed. We found ourselves saying "wow! how thoughtful!" over and over throughout our stay. The owners take great pride in this house and showcasing what the area has to offer with plenty of thoughtful recommendations. The space was perfect for our group of six and we appreciated how seamless the experience was from start to finish. You’re minutes away from breathtaking sunsets, countless vineyards and don’t forget the wonderful outdoor shower! We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend a special weekend away in Greenport! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Relaxing Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Frank and Adrienne's property. We were 5 women and the house was perfect for us. Well stocked, impeccably clean, fully renovated and comfortable. Highly recommend! Walking distance to winery and 67 Steps Beach.

Outstanding Hosts

We were a group of 5 adults who stayed for the weekend. The house is renovated, clean and has just about every amenity you could need - beach towels, wonderful smelling soaps, lotions, etc..Adrienne met us in person and showed us around. The grounds behind the house were beautiful and enjoyed seeing the wildlife that would surprise us from time to time. The house is lovely, comfortable and very relaxing. We used both the indoor and outdoor shower and everyone enjoyed both. Adrienne and Frank are wonderful and highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

The Antheia house was the perfect stay. Clean, cozy, and walking distance to downtown. Frank and Adrienne were very accommodating and responded quickly to any and all questions. They made us feel like family when arriving and gave us a detailed tour of the house and recommended nearby restaurants and beaches. The deck was a great place to relax during the day and night time. Each bedroom had a special touch with beautiful decor. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you again for the perfect stay!
