Wenn man rein kommt riecht es schrecklich, in den Schränken kann man nicht packen weil sie stinken ohne Ende!Die Küche war dreckig und die Schränke haben auch gestunken! Ganz schrecklich war es für mein Sohn das es kein Pool gab wie angegeben. Laut Vermieter wird "grad" im November umgebaut und man hat es wohl geschrieben. Nichts da und andere haben mit erzählt das man den Pool gar nicht nutzen kann!Die Umgebung und nicht schön und der Strand gegenüber ist dreckig ohne Ende. Wir haben dann die Unterkunft gewechselt! Einfach nur eine Mogelpackung!!!

Full sea view from all the rooms from floor to ceiling, balcony in all the rooms. Private parking on the same floor just almost next to the entrance door to the apartment which is perfect to bring luggage and shopping in and out. Beach just a few minutes by walk. Soundproof windows and the walls in the building create the perfect atmosphere and privacy. Hight-speed internet. A lot of clubs, restaurants, cafeterias around, fish and vegetable market 10 minutes away.
Emirate of Ajman is located just in the middle and between all other Emirates. Perfect location for a comfortable stay.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is unique as have 2 king-size beds in the Master bedroom, which is perfect for families and friends. A few minutes by walk to the beach, swimming pool, gym, parking - everything is close by.
Can stay comfortably 6 guests in 1 bedroom apartment for a cheaper rental price than 2 bedroom apartment. Big conformable sofa-bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need and may think about.
Most of our guests are regular and coming back to this apartment for holidays and during business trips, which is proving that the apartment and location are really perfect.
