Very pleasant studio for 2 people facing LA BAULE beach on the 4th floor of a secure residence with lift with private parking
Entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine and toilet, living room with very comfortable convertible sofa (new), fully equipped open kitchen (fridge freezer, combi oven, extractor hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio très lumineux et face à l'Océan. Le descriptif était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Bonne situation, proche des rues commerçantes. Tout est possible à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé une trés agréable semaine de vacances dans cet appartement aménagé avec le plus grand soin et bien décoré. Prendre, le soir, l'apéritif puis dîner avec la mer à ses pieds est un must incomparable !

Another wonderful stay

This is the second year in a row that we have the pleasure of renting this apartment for our summer holiday. The apartment is delightful, clean and fresh, well equipped and has a lovely view over the wonderful beach of La Baule. Short walking distance to shops, bakeries andrestaurants, two train stations and buses heading in all directions. A great hub for visiting the entire region by foot, bike, car, bus or train. Thank you Christophe and Chantal for another wonderful summer vacation.

Très belle situation géographique

Appartement très bien situé entre le quartier Lajarrige et le quartier De Gaulle (face mer, proche marchés, thalasso) ;la place de parking réservé à l'arrière du bâtiment est un avantage supplémentaire.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce logement, très propre, bien placé et bien équipé. Résidence calme avec place de parking bien pratique. Nous avons même pu profiter des 2 vélos mis à notre disposition pour faire de belles balades.

2 wonderful weeks

First of all, a big Merci to Christophe et Chantal who were very kind and accomodating during our stay. The apartment itself is airy, beautiful and well equipped. We came without a car, stayed for two weeks and have absolutely no complaints. Two bicycles were at our disposal during our stay, but because of a heatwave we preferred walking. A bus from the nearby Place des Palmiers bus stop is a great alternative for exploring the surroundings in all directions – from Piriac to St. Nazaire. The balcony is ideal for both meals or relaxation, with a lovely view over the beach and the bay.
