Our house overlooks Boynton Canyon, one of the largest and most impressive landscapes Mother Nature ever created. There's a reason hot-air balloons frequent this area! And while the downstairs gourmet kitchen and living area immerse you in this natural wonder, the unimpeded views from the upstairs master bedroom balcony will take your breath away. Wonderful family vacation!

Best stay in Sedona!

Location was perfect—lots of privacy but very close to stores/restaurants in West Sedona. House was clean and very well cared for, with everything we needed. The pool was amazing, and exactly what my little kids needed to enjoy the Sedona sun. We could see hot air balloons in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The owner communicated and it was overall an excellent stay. Will definitely return!

Property and location was everything we hoped it would be. Would definitely book again. In the terms of sleeping accommodations for three couples, there is definitely an A, B and C choice, but no one had any complaints. Overall, an amazing place!

Slice of Sedona paradise

Casa Kokopelli was the perfect home base for our family’s Sedona vacation. Conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and many hiking trails. Property was pristine and offered more than enough space for our family of 5. Outdoor space was as thoughtfully designed as inside. Unparalleled views of many Sedona red rock landmarks. Amazing Anniversary Getaway

It was perfect! The setting and amenities as well As location was amazing for our 34th Anniversary trip! It was our first time to Sedona. The views were spectacular. Amazing everything - book it now!

This home was not just a beautiful home, in a beautiful location. This home was the cleanest, best stocked, most accurate description/pictures we've stayed in. The pool and hot tub were wonderful in the AZ heat. It was a short drive to both trailheads and shopping, and yet while at the home, everything felt very private. The huge balcony off the master was an oasis for our whole family to watch the sun rise and set and to enjoy the stary skies at night. We would stay here again and again; everything you'd want a vacation home to be!

Perfect Sedona Experience

This beautiful home is conveniently located in a quiet, private area right off of 89A. Design of this home allowed us comfortable living inside and out with amazing views! The hosts were generous with the interior & exterior furnishings and everyday supplies throughout the home. The kitchen was very well organized, including multiple small appliances available for our use. The pool/patio area was also enjoyed throughout our stay by our family. The hosts were wonderful to coordinate with, wanting to ensure the best experience possible for their guests. Without hesitation, we would stay here again.

Great Vacation

I'd like to start off by saying that Dagan and Kim let us know about the construction next to their home months in advance and it was not an issue. They started early and ended early - even watering down the area a couple times a day to prevent dust. The pool area and patio are wonderful and the pool remote is easy to use. We used the grill every night. You can't tell by the pictures but the pool chairs recline and are really comfortable. The views are gorgeous and our stay was everything we could have wanted and more. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Amazing home in a spectacular location!

We have been visiting Sedona for many years and have stayed in some lovely places, but nothing compares to our recent stay at Casa Kokopelli. From the first communication with the lovely owners and every thoughtful detail they planned to ensure our enjoyment, to actually walking in and having our expectations far exceeded- both in terms of the gorgeous home and spectacular setting and views - all we kept saying was WOW! The photos are great but can't capture how remarkable it is in person. We were sad to leave but are already planning our return. Thank you, Dagan and Kim for sharing your amazing home with us! Friends Trip

This Sedona property is excellent! Three couples enjoyed this beautiful house while enjoying Sedona. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The outdoor backyard space is amazing along with the upstairs patio space. The pool and hot tub are great, and include easy instructions for operation. The owners have included a very detailed book of features and instructions included with the property, which make if very easy for guests. The owners did let us know at the time of booking that the outdoor grill was not in service, but would complete the outdoor space. We enjoyed using the game camera outside to capture some wildlife while we stayed at the property.

Stunning Home with jaw dropping views!

We absolutely loved our weekend at this wonderful house. It was perfect for our group of 7 and we had such a great time cooking and lounging in the home after a day of hikes and tours. It's perfect for family time such as game night or watching 'the big game' on TV. The master is huge, but be sure to read and look closely as it is open air upstairs with no locking door. That was not an issue for us at all, and it is well described via the home photos and description. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! You can't beat the amazing views when the sun rises (along with a few hot air balloons) in the morning with coffee in hand. The kitchen has every appliance you need and then some. The only negative for us was leaving this heavenly place! We wanted to stay another few days... weeks... months! I can't get over how gorgeous Sedona is... and this house was the icing on the cake. Dagan and Kim were extremely fast to respond to our question about the hot tub and a few other little "I can't find..." things. Not only that, but they sent trash liners via Amazon when we were running low and they arrived while we were staying there! Excellent hosts with an incredibly beautiful and spotless home. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. We will never forget our time in Sedona and hope to come back again.

Beautiful, well stocked home with amazing views! We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the grill. It was situated perfectly close to all that Sedona has to offer. We also took day trips to Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest National Parks.

Our names are Kim and Dagan Heaps, and we live full-time in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kim recently retired from State Farm Insurance, and Dagan owns a small business named Impressions in Stone.

We began searching for our retirement home in 2017. At first, we thought seaside living would be just the ticket. But the weather in most of the affordable coastal areas is lousy! When we learned that Arizona has some of the best weather in the nation, we decided to see for ourselves.

​When we got to Sedona in 2018, we were hooked. The locals call it “Red Rock Fever”, and if you’ve never been here, be careful—you may just catch it yourself! The setting is beyond description, the high-desert climate varies from great to perfect year-round, and the people are simply wonderful. A common refrain is, “I came to Sedona to be a better person.”

We looked at hundreds of properties in the Sedona/Oak Creek area before choosing this one. It ticked all of our boxes, and we are very fortunate to call it ours. We look forward to the day when we can make it our full-time residence. Until then, we hope that you will come to love the house and the area as much as we do!
