Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were 5 women on a girls trip and the house was in the perfect location and beautifully appointed. Bryan and Jerry have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful! Highly recommend! Pool and Hot tub are especially nice after a long day of outdoor activities. Just a fantastic girls trip’

Fabulous property! Clean, well appointed, perfect location to stroll to town and easy hiking trails. Clear detailed instructions answered all questions about grill, fire pits, outdoor areas. Pool and hot tub super clean and easy to heat and use. Great attention to detail! Perfect place for our girls trip reunion!! We enjoyed waking up to beautiful view. Would definitely recommend and return!!

Our family recently visited Sedona while making a trip to the Grand Canyon. This property was well appointed. We did not cook a lot because we were on vacation but for what we meals we ate there, everything you need was there. We did walk to town. The walk back is uphill but a nice walk. We enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. We had people ages 11 months to 63 and we all enjoyed the property. Love the hummingbird touches.

View, view, view! Can’t say enough about the view! We loved spending mornings with a hot cup of coffee by the fire pit in the front yard. Also enjoyed the hummingbirds and grass. The hot tub was also a family favorite. Owner very responsive and immediately dealt with any issues. Definitely recommend. 10/10!

This was a terrific house for our group of 5. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the great views. Also the art in the home is carefully chosen and typical for the area. Altogether a very enjoyable location and home. Lots of little details such as the chargers in the bedrooms were also a plus. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect location! We walked to town for all our excursions, barely ever used the car the whole week! The pool and hot tub were great- we made use every day. We loved the four bedrooms and bathrooms, giving us each our own space. This was exactly what we needed for our sister’s trip.
We saw a squadron of javellinas one morning while walking to town!

If you are fortunate to have the possibility to book here, please don’t hesitate! This place is absolutely gorgeous. From the incredible views, to the beautiful and functional interior and exterior spaces, you will want for nothing. Check in is seamless, the views are astonishing, and you will want for absolutely nothing.Everything is clearly labeled. The casa info book is loaded with great information. You are within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shops. One of the very best hikes in the area lies at your doorstep. (Soldiers Pass/Seven Sacred Pools) What more could a vacationing couple, family, or group want?Grocery delivery and several restaurant deliveries were simple through door dash. A trip to Sedonuts is well worth the effort for some out of this world, worth every calorie donuts. We walked to the Vailt for a fabulous dinner. The location is simply supreme.Of note also are supremely comfortable beds and pillows and linens. The house is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has every possible thing you might need.If you have the opportunity to stay here…book it asap!

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants in the Uptown Sedona area. Also, easy walk to access walking trails. Out the door turn right for town and left for trails! Well stocked kitchen, every small appliance you could need. Very clean and well kept home.

The house location was convenient and the neighborhood for the most part quiet. We appreciated the layout of the house and the pool and hot tub were welcoming. It was nice to have laid out directions of the homeowner’s expectations and helpful hints. The great thing was to have everything labeled for us-cupboards, light switches, etc.. Thank you very much for everything.

This was a 5 day stay with 5 adults. I can’t say enough great things about this listing. Parking was more than enough, it is a short walk to all of the spots downtown, the house itself was very well appointed from appliances to consumables. The hot tub was nice and hot during the chilly evenings. Additionally, Bryan and Jerry are quick to respond.
