Everything you need for your home away from home, with thoughtful touches, ease of understanding the space (INCREDIBLE house manual!!), and super clean. The location is phenomenal, and we would definitely stay again. We had an issue getting in using the code that was sent to us, but I was able to call the company's number, and they got us a new, working code immediately.
This house was a great size and nice layout! Allowed for comfortable time together for the 7 of us as well as private and quiet bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group!
The pictures don't do the house justice. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. The house had everything we needed. The views were absolutely amazing! Our favorite was being able to walk the trail right behind our house!
First and foremost, the house was spotless. It was everything that you could want. The views are breathtaking at night and sunsets. It was in an ideal location for us. I can’t think of a better place to stayed visiting. Sedona absolutely loved the place. Love the management working with us and the property owner is fantastic. Couldn’t have got any better. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home
This was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything but at the end of the road and right next to the national forest. Everything worked great and the beds were very comfortable.
Highly recommend for a group or family outing.
We have two families staying for our time in Sedona. The house was perfect for all 9 of us ranging in ages from 8-43! The layout of the house was great to have kids upstairs and parents downstairs. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus for all to enjoy!
First time to Sedona. Beautiful of course. The house and locate and views you can not beat!!. The house was very well stocked, clean and top notch. Also communication, if needed was fast. High recommend :)
This Sedona property is absolutely spectacular! The layout of the rooms and the position of the house on the property maximize the beautiful Sedona scenery. This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and when you step inside, the views from every room are breathtaking! The outdoor areas were our favorite. The pool is amazing and we spent lots of time in the hot tub. The outdoor dining was especially nice in the warm morning sun. The second floor patio off the upstairs game/tv room was a fabulous gathering spot to watch the sunsets sitting around the cozy fire pit.Inside the house the rooms were laid out perfectly for our group of 6. Each couple had a private and very comfortable space to exist, until it was time for group dining and being together. The main level master has a large private bath and has access to TWO patio areas through large sliding doors. There is another nice large bedroom on the main floor that includes an en-suite bath and access to a patio. The two 2nd floor bedrooms share a nice large hall bath. I could see this house functioning well for families. The kids could play games or watch TV on the second floor and the elders could be very comfortable on the main level away from the noise. The kitchen was large and nicely furnished with everything we needed to cook in when we wanted to. The dining table can comfortably seat 10.All in all, this house was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this rental for couples and families.
Family room wall of windows takes you out to the red rocks of the desert while indoors. Kitchen coffee bar was a hit while watching the sunrise. Roomy home gave our 9 member family group plenty of space at the table and throughout the house. Great location for trails. Would definitely stay at this beautiful home in Sedona again.
For the first time using home-stay services, this property was even better than the listing. The photos don't do it justice. The house was immaculate, the views were stunning, the kitchen was fully equiped, the beds were comfortable. The second floor deck is a perfect place to stargaze and watch the moon rise over the red rocks.
Aside from midday traffic, it's very easy and quick to get into downtown Sedona and the surrounding area.
We were in Phoenix for the Men's Final Four basketball tournament and decided to drive up to Sedona for a couple of days before the games. Our first thought on driving up to the house was "what a beautiful property!"
The neighborhood was quiet and the house was a wonderful place for us to relax in between all of our activities. We went on a hot air balloon ride and took a long hike on one of the many great trails surrounding the area. We lay outside on the upper desk and watched the stars at night and ate breakfast in the spacious kitchen each morning. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
This home was perfect. The area is absolutely beautiful !!! all the amenities were wonderful, if I had a complaint the only thing, the Love seat sofa beds are a big NO NO. We ended up having to go buy blow up beds, the mattress's on those are spring kinda mattress, very uncomfortable !!!! And if you're like we are, you'll need fans in your bedrooms, and again we are spoiled but I wish for what you pay for this house a night, each room or atleast the master bedroom has a TV in it, there are two TV's one in each den/livingroom area, but we are spoiled we like our TV in our room as well. Other than that, you couldn't ask for a better home to come and stay in. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!!!
If you are looking for stunning views of Sedona's best red rock masterpieces, heated pool, hot tub, room to spread out and tons of amenities, this is the one! My family of 10 were very comfortable here. During the day there were unlimited options of places to visit and things to see. Wake up for a beautiful hike right outside the back door, watch the sun rise from the hot tub on the back patio or check out the stars and Milky Way from the upstairs balcony at night. It's close enough to Flagstaff and Williams to do the Grand Canyon train and National Park, Bearizona, Deer Farm, everything in Flagstaff and then take a short drive back in time to watch the sunset on the balcony. We had plenty of space to sleep, comfy beds, and great couches to relax and rest on. Plus everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. This property was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back!
Full disclosure because it was something I missed...you do have to go up some stairs to enter the home, but my Mother-In-Law was able to manage the stairs from the garage. She said it was totally worth it!
What a property! We love our adventures in the morning and coming back to a luxury home to relax and this property checks all the boxes. The home amenities were amazing: inches from the coconino national forest with trails steps away, close to downtown Sedona, 2 hours from Grand Canyon south rim, stocked kitchen, working grill, and very clean. We hiked every morning, found a kayak adventure, and did a pink jeep tour all within a week. It was really hot at the end of July, which we expected, but the pool and hot tub (set to 90 degrees) were perfect wind downs. The neighbors were so nice and the wild life was fun to see, but glad they stayed on the other side of the fence. Our entire family ranging from our high school and college age kids to 2 sets of grandparents had an amazing time. Thanks for such a lovely home, I hope everyone who uses this home has as much fun and respects this property as much as we did. Oh...and the stargazing is amazing!

Great location in Sedona
Roomy house located in a nice, quiet area of town near the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, washer/dryer, and game room were all very nice amenities. However, the house really only accommodates 7 adults comfortably. The pull-out beds are for children or maybe young teenagers. The pool area hadn't been cleaned prior to our stay, and wasn't cleaned while we were there. The pool needs to be heated to be enjoyable (but @ $100 per day? -ouch!). Master bath jacuzzi wouldn't drain very well, we didn't have enough kitchen garbage bags, and using the garage was inconvenient as there were no door codes nor remote openers provided. Communication with host was lacking. Although it is a beautiful house in a great location, I think the property is overpriced for what you get. On top of the nightly rental rate, I also paid an 'owner fee'. Hmmm
