This home is OUT OF THIS WORLD. This retreat has been remodeled with modern and stylish updates and set up with tons of amenities! Enjoy the SPACE and don`t get too BEAMED up with excitement when you pull up to the home and see a FLYING SAUCER.

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 king bed
Bedroom 3: 1 king bed
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom

Bathroom 1: Ensuite bedroom 1 with private toilet area, and 3 options for your shower needs including a rain shower.
Bathroom 2: In the hallway between bedroom 3 and 1 with shower tub combo
Bathroom 3: Ensuite to bedroom 4

All bathroom are equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-Tips, makeup remover wipes, and flossers for your convenience.

Game Room:
The BEST room in the house with a variety of board games, pool table, foosball, arcade games, and the perfect play room for your little ones!

Kids Corner: Located in the closet of the game room. Let your little on`s creativity shine with a magnetic wall to display all their creations! The kids corner also comes with a variety of books for all ages and toys!

Backyard:
Enjoy every season in this yard jam packed full of activities for all ages! Private heated pool (additional charge), hot tub, put put, corn hole, giant connect four, outdoor dining, sunbathing, and star gazing around the fire pit to name a few. Or simply enjoy the propane BBQ while enjoying the views!

The backyard has park access to Posse Grounds Park. Simply exit the gate, walk 1 minute, and you are there! Posse grounds offers sand volley ball, pickleball, basketball courts, workout center, an EPIC playground, soccer field, skate park, corn hole, and you name it!

Kitchen:
Enjoy your home away from home in our fully stocked kitchen with high quality hexeclad pots and pans, spices, and most basic culinary accouterments. The modern fridge offers filtered water and fresh ice for your stay.

Living room:
Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy streaming on your favorite networks on the smart flat screen TV. Turn on the fireplace for warmth and ambiance to maximize your stay.

Listing Access
You will have access to the entire home, the game room, the private pool hot tub, all of the amenities, and the private park access gate.

Pool Rules:
1. No running by the pool.
2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for any damage done to the pool cover.
3. Swim at your own risk.
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving.
6. No food in the pool
7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained
8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down).

1. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in the home or near the premise.
2. No unauthorized parties or events of any kind per strict Sedona event ordinance.
3. No pets, or animals
4. ALL outside lights off after 9pm! Sedona is a dark sky community.
5. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am per strict Sedona noice ordinance
6. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
7. Do not take any toys and keep the kids corner tidy
8. If corn hole or connect four were used, please place them against the side of the house.

Sedona is a dark sky community to preserve the natural environment and increase the astronomical viewing to residents and guests. Because of this, lights are not permitted outside after 9pm.

Breaking rules is subject to fines of $1000 plus damages done to the property

Additional costs may be collected for missing remotes and towels.
