A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep 2 more to make a total sleeping capacity 9 adult sized travelers. With amenities like a 6 person hot tub, firepit table, propane 5 burner barbecue grill, WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer guests can relax in comfort. There is ample parking on the property and space for RV's! Please inquire about RV parking. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. This place was an absolute gem! It was our family's first time in Sedona and what a beautiful place it was! We enjoyed being so close to the sites, having breakfast on the porch, and watching the sunset over the red rocks in the hot tub. I didn't want to leave! This place was well worth the money. We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. We have three teens and we loved the hot tub and out door patio. Very conveniently located to town and hiking trails. The house has everything you need. The views all around the house and the patio are stunning.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to trails, and plenty of entertainment options which made it easy to keep everyone in the family happy. The house itself was beautiful both inside and out and everything was spotless upon arrival. The master bathroom was especially beautiful and had a nice view. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate which we really appreciated. We traveled as a family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. No complaints at all, would definitely stay here again!
