UPTOWN ARTIST COTTAGE has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with elegant bed linens and individual closets. There are two master suites with king size luxury mattresses and one queen guest bedroom. The main house has a large master suite has sliding doors that open up to the private fenced backyard with more areas to entertain and relax. In the backyard, you will be able to relax by a fire pit, soak in a large 6-person jetted spa, or read a book by the beautiful flower garden and bird fountain. This master suite bedroom includes a large luxurious bathroom with a vintage styled claw foot tub and corrugated tin shower and large walk-in closet.


The second master suite with king size bed has its own entrance off the driveway and is separated by the laundry room area to the main house. This Victorian-Southwestern styled bedroom is perfect for privacy and solitude and has its own bathroom and corrugated tin shower. The main house guest bedroom has a queen size luxury mattress with closet and a hallway bathroom with corrugated tin shower.


An outdoor staircase in the backyard leads you to a viewing deck to see Sedona’s vistas and famous Snoopy Rock. Soft Sedona breezes, relaxing on comfortable outdoor furniture with a glass of wine or gazing up at the starry Sedona skies will make you want to stay here forever!
