This property was honestly one of the cutest and most convenient VRBO that I have ever rented. The host was very communicative, and the amenities and were more than sufficient. LOVED the cottage, the rooms, the location and the VIEW!

Our stay at the Uptown Artist’s Cottage was lovely. We loved the way the kitchen and living area open out to each other- great for evenings all together. And we enjoyed using the 2 patios and upstairs deck with its view of the Snoopy rock formation. The cottage is eclectically and beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. It is also within walking distance of uptown Sedona, with its shops and restaurants. We loved our Sedona vacation in the Artist’s Cottage.

Great location- we were able to walk to dinner most nights. The view is amazing! Enjoyed the ample TVs and that every room had their own bathroom. A few bedroom things to note: one of the king rooms you have to access from the outside. The door is right next to the main door but it means they have to enter the access code to get in the main home. But this room is large and has a nice bathroom. Also to note, the smaller bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. You get the hallway bathroom- no biggie, just noting it. The home itself was a fun style. It felt like it was meant to be in Sedona. Lots of character!

David was very responsive and was able to allow us in early. He quickly and graciously addressed a concern, ensuring that minimal time was spent getting into our lodging and more time could be spent enjoying beautiful Sedona. We loved using the kitchen to make our meals, and loved using the backyard entertainment. The neighborhood is peaceful and the views from the house are stunning. The nearby Pocket fire had us finding a few unexpected gems, trails we never would have experienced had the popular tourist places been open. Beds were perfect for restoring our energy to hike more the next day. We would certainly reserve with David again.

Great views, perfect location, quiet but within easy walking to restaurants and shopping. The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable. Definitely enjoy the rooftop deck for sunset and drinks!

Amazing house, so beautiful and interesting. Every room was so well done. The views were the star of the show. We grilled, played games, sat in the hot tub, had drinks on the viewing deck, great trip!
