Outdoor terrace 50m2 and large private garden of 3000m2, quiet with its large old wash. a pleasant setting for a stay with friends or family, ideal to relax and meet. You will be able to enrich your stay of ballades on foot, bicycle or on horseback or animations (theater, swimming pool with 8 kms). You will be able to discover the Mauges, the Angevin and Saumourois Countries, the beaches of Vendée: The puy du fou with 35mn, the oriental park of Maulévrier and the lake of Ribou in 20mn, Terra bonatica and Aquavita in Angers with 45mn, the valley of poupet and its festival in 1hour.

Peace and relaxation

We were 2 families of 4 staying at the accommodation for a week and had a lovely time. Setting was very peaceful and we enjoyed the outdoor space and pool in very hot weather. Beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. Thanks

Great experience

Communication with the owner was Swift and clear from the beginning. We got an extensive tour of the property. The house, garden en surroundings were exactly like the pictures. Can really recommend to stay here.

Accueil très aimable et bienveillant, mais communication limitée aux mails. Intérieur de la maison très propre, l’extérieur mériterait un rafraîchissement, jardin et piscine très agréables. Environnement très calme, malgré la proximité d’une voie rapide. Puy du Fou à 35mn sans problème de circulation.

Chaque année nous retrouvons cet appartement qui fait l'unanimité pour sa vue sur mer avec le soleil du matin au soir, son emplacement pour le marché le matin et ses promenades l'après midi

Très belle maison, spacieuse et lumineuse. Excellent accueil par la propriétaire et présentation détaillée des lieux. En terme de matériels divers et d'installation, nous n'avons manqué de rien, peut-être un petit abri couvert pour l'utilisation de la plancha (ou du barbecue). Belle adresse à retenir. Merci Edith.

Idéal pour des retrouvailles en famille. Logement spacieux. Nous étions 18 personnes de 78 ans à 11 mois et rien ne nous a manqué. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaire à un bon séjour, une bonne literie. Le parc est sécurisé pour les plus jeunes. Tous les participants ont aimé.

Calme et confort

La maison et le jardin sont très spacieux et tout à fait adaptés aux "groupes". Tout est très bien aménagé et propre, on s'y sent très à l'aise. Le jardin est clos et la piscine sécurisée, l'idéal pour de jeunes enfants.

Trés beau séjour lors du mariage de notre fils

Très beau séjour en famille lors du mariage de notre fils qui se déroulait non loin. Cela a permis de se retrouver avant et après le mariage dans cette belle résidence. Intérieur confortable, bien équipé et spacieux. Extérieurs soignés, et magnifiques. Tout le monde a pu profiter de la piscine malgré la météo. La localisation prés du village nous a dispensé de trajets en voiture vers le mariage et a permis à certains de se rendre au Puy du Fou en moins d'une demi heure. L’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire a parachevé ce séjour. Résidence à recommander et que nous sélectionneront à coup sûre si d'autres événements familiaux se déroulent dans la région.

La maison d’Edith est un plaisir, l’agencement est idéal pour des grands groupe, la terrasse donne vue sur la mare et la piscine et le cadre est superbe. Parfaite pour des dîners conviviaux et des vacances réussies !!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons réservé cette grande maison pour un week end entre copains, 17 personnes. Elle est située tout près de Cholet. Malheureusement le temps maussade ne nous a pas permis de visiter les jardins aux alentours ni de profiter de la terrasse. Mais la pièce à vivre est suffisamment grande pour pouvoir manger tous ensemble sur 2 grandes tables. Les serviettes et les draps sont fournis, un plus pour ne pas trop charger les voitures.

Magnifica casa familiar

Maravillosa casa con gran jardin en el departamento de Anjou en la region de los Países del Loira. Muy amplia con una capacidad máxima de 20 personas. Nosotros eramos un grupo de 15 personas, 8 adultos y 7 niños por lo que nos sobraron un par de camas. Los servicios de la casa en general son muy completos. El único inconveniente que podemos poner es la existencia de un solo par de wc, por lo que se quedan un poco escasos para tantos inquilinos. Por lo demás, todo excepcional y el trato con la anfitriona Édith muy cercano y agradable. Dispuesta en todo momento en el ofrecimiento de información y resolución de problemas. Esta casa es muy recomendable en todos los sentidos.
