Family House, VAR

Non-terraced family house of 100m2 habitable close to the sea and the forest, in a small quiet and relaxing subdivision.
For lovers of the sea, we have several beaches within 1,5km (Fabregas, Mar vivo, Sablettes, ....) with all the associated water activities (rental kayak, board, parasailing, diving club, ... .)
For hikers, many trails in the forest or on the coast are to explore.
Also throughout the summer season there is a daily night market at the sablettes, a play park "FUNNYLAND", fireworks and many restaurants.
You can also walk in a Provencal village typical seaside in Saint-Mandrier.

To come back on the house, we have two children aged 6 years and 17 months with all the games that go well (swing, scooter, rocking horse, tricycle, table of mistress ... ..) as you can see in the photos . Of course we leave you available if you want all the necessary for small ends (high chair, changing table, children's bath, crib, ...).
The house is equipped with air conditioner in all rooms.
Regarding parking, there is the possibility of entering the vehicle in front of the garage (see photo) or park in the subdivision (free place).

For health reasons (allergy) we do not accept our animal friends.
Sorry but we refuse smokers indoors and outdoors.
And finally, in a concern of respect of the neighborhood, we ask you not to organize parties and / or evening as well as to limit the noise between 22H and 9h which could harm the calm of the housing estate.
