Large Suite in Historic Farm with Private Entrance, Private Bath Kitchenette

Perfect for large or small groups. Wonderful Historic Bed and Breakfast has all of the intrigue of a historic home, but with a very comfortable, refreshed, renovated style that makes you feel more like you are visiting grandmas than a museum. Gorgeous farm views with a welcoming wrap around porch that covers 1200 sq. ft. The rooms are rented separately. This is NOT a whole house listing. If you would like to rent multiple rooms for your party or the whole house contact us at Belton Bed and Breakfast. Let us know your needs and we will help you get set up. This suite features one queen bed, two couches and if needed we can provide a twin floor mattress. There are two large suites with private bath and kitchenettes, a small barn suite with kitchenette and private bathroom.

Large Barn Loft with King, with large kitchenette, (sleeps 3-4) has a couch and we can provide twin floor mattress, private bathroom with pebble shower no tub

Attic Apartment with Balcony, 2 Twin Beds, with couch and we can provide a twin floor mattress if needed, microwave, mini fridge, hall bathroom on main floor (sleeps up to 4). Not recommended for elderly as there are lots of stairs

Study Suite with Double Bed, private bathroom with pebble shower, no tub, kitchenette, dining area, love seat, sleeps up to 3 if we provide a twin floor mattress

Large Suite with Queen and two couches, (sleeps up to 4 if we provide a twin floor mattress), nice sitting room, separate bedroom, private bathroom, private entrance, kitchenette carport with close parking right by door. Best suite for families

Great Stay near Erskine College

Famiky was very nice and friendly...the room was great...had every thing you would need...the house is an older house with the antique things in it...which made it even more pretty...they allowed pets...in which our 2 dogs go every where with us...its 9 miles from Erskine College...our daughter plays softball there...so close to fields...

Refreshing and Relaxing Getaway!

This is a retreat! Stunning home, with a wrap around porch, rocking chairs and a peaceful farm setting, including chickens! Lots of privacy. This is literally a one bedroom, one bath, apartment with everything you will need. We enjoyed the spacious, cozy living room, and kitchen. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Nice little “apartment” for a week

I needed a place to stay while helping my sister who lives about 20 miles away, my two rooms plus bathroom were spacious, clean and the location was convenient to get where I needed to go. I will definitely check if this is available when I return to this area.

Hi there, My name is Rachel and I am the owner of Belton Bed and Breakfast. My husband and I moved here from California many moons ago and have enjoyed fixing up this Stately Farmhouse and turning it into the Belton Bed and Breakfast.

Why they chose this property

This property is a four acre farmhouse with the lots of room for you and your party to spread out and get comfortable. There is a huge porch to sit on, large dining room, ample couches in the sunroom, lots of breathable space for a large group to be able to spread out and get cozy.

What makes this property unique

There is a large barn with chickens, multiple additional rental units for families that include kitchenette, and private bathrooms so if you need more accommodations than four bed rooms let us know.
