This adorable 3 Bedroom 1-1/2 bath home is located in one of the most desirable areas of Anderson, SC. It's a feeling of being in the country but close to restaurants and shopping. The home is set up to provide a comfortable place for our guests with all the amenities of home.
It features a full kitchen, walk-in shower, comfortable beds with new pillow top mattresses, and a beautiful claw bathtub for a relaxing bubble bath. As an extra bonus, we have beautiful sunsets.

This 3 bedroom home was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the area for our daughter's college graduation. We found everything we needed, the property was well kept and very comfortable, and a great location as well!

Perfect place for us

Could not have had a better location! It is on a busy street but the back yard is huge and the kids loved it. Clean and so well kept. Definitely will stay again!

Cute house close to town

This place worked great for our family as it was close to town but also relatively private with a big back yard. The house was clean and equipped with all expected amenities. We had a nice stay.

I'm glad that you found the home clean. However, I was disappointed in a 4 star because of a busy road. The reason we chose that home for our short term rental is because of the gorgeous sunsets and the distance mountain views. Although, it is a busy road, we are 3 minutes to a grocery store, 5 minutes to an urgent care, 10 to a hospital, the best route to Clemson or Green Pond boat ramp on Lake Hartwell. Our home is also situated in a safe area surrounded by upper middle class home. 99% of our guest love it's location and the convenience. It's also the reason why many have returned. Thank you, Yvette

Best Home away from home

This house is so cute and it is exactly like the pictures. It is a safe area on a busy street but easy to get in and out of. This three bedroom home offers so many home away from home accommodations. I travel to Anderson often for my company and I have stayed at several VRBO‘s. And this one by far is the cleanest homiest place I’ve ever stayed and I will be back.

Great place and perfect location

I have found my future stay location anytime I come back home to visit friends and family. Perfect location between Clemson Boulevard and Hwy 81. Nestled in a more rural area it would seem but you’re not far from the city sights. Not far from Clemson or Belton either. The fire pit was my favorite spot but the huge king size bed was very comfy

Absolutely Perfect!

We rented this home for our daughter’s commissioning to the Air Force and her graduation from Clemson University. It wasn’t too far from the school but far enough that we didn’t have to deal with a lot of traffic. The home was very clean and decorated so nicely. It was the perfect size! We all thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great place while visiting Anderson

We visited Anderson because our daughter was in the NCFCA Nationals speech & debate tournament held at Anderson University. Yvette’s place was a perfect fit for our family of 4 plus our dog, & just a short drive to the university. The house was clean & well stocked w/ everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & so was the rest of the furniture. Yvette was kind & professional & always very quick to respond to me. She even messaged me after we got into the house to make sure we got in ok without any problems. The only downfall is that the house is on a busy road w/ no fenced in yard, so you have to be extra careful w/ small children & pets. Otherwise I highly recommend Yvette’s house to stay when visiting Anderson.
