About this property

Our South Mantoloking beach house is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and very large fenced in backyard w new inground swimming pool & outdoor shower. The beach is a 30 second walk from the front door. The house comes w beach badges .... The beach is private and does have lifeguards on duty during summer months .While serene and peaceful here, you are near the action. You are only 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants and the boardwalk.
This house a truly our family's escape to Paradise. We rent to other families a few weeks during the summer. We offer use of all our linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys & boogie boards. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and relaxing in the yard with new pool Oasis installed in 2022

Great Location, homely furnished, broken pool

Great stay overall except for the pool heater was broken and could t get the most of our stay that we wanted. Owners have a great apathetic and taste and there was great beach access, close to nearby boardwalks, and good beach accessories to take to the beach.
