The 4 floor split level home offers keypad check-in into the 2nd floor that has two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, and bunkbeds. You can walk downstairs into the game room or upstairs to the spacious 3rd floor living area. To the left a full kitchen with breakfast bar island and seating in the dining room. The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, cookware, Ninja Coffee Machine, and a nice open feel. Past the dining room you can access our indoor bar and coffee nook. The living room has a picture frame TV you may not even realize is there and the sliding doors open up to the outdoor deck over looking our firepit and lake. The other 3 bedrooms are up the stairs to the 4th floor including the 2nd full bathroom with tub. The master bedroom boasts the only king bed, en-suite full bath, and 2 closets. In addition the master has an office area if you do choose to work on your dream vacation, but it's not recommended!!

The 1st floor is where many nights will be spent in the bonus game room competing fiercely in Table Tennis or battling one another in Foosball and Darts! Exit out the garage or out the back door to our lakeside patio firepit and relax in 1 of 8 Adirondack chairs and take in the beachy air.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to everything, and the kids loved the boardwalk, arcade, and rides. The game room at the house was a big hit too! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole process easy. Overall, a lovely home for a family getaway!

Great house in a great location to beach and boards

Big house, with all updated kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, appliances, backyard etc…. Great for multiple families and families with kids. Right on the lake with great views from deck and backyard. Can watch the Thursday light fireworks right from the deck. Owner is great and very focused on making sure you have everything you need. Will rent again.

Perfect Location

Great property for easy access to the beach and boardwalk (2 min walk). Split level design of the home is great for multiple families with children to stay at a comfortable proximity. Excellent common area for dining and quality time. Really excellent quality of the renovations done on all bathrooms.

Amazing home is perfect location

The house is spacious, clean, modern and has it all !great kitchen, living and dining space. Perfectly situated. Just far enough away so you don’t hear any noise, but an easy 5 minute walk to all the attractions. We loved the game room with foosball, darts , and ping pong! There is a fabulous balcony overlooking the water and a great fire pit which our family enjoyed. There is a great kids room with four bunks which my 9 yr old loved! I would highly recommend this home! Everyone loved it!!

This property is beautiful and huge. Plenty of space for a big group. Great set up and really conveniently located to the boardwalk. You can tell they spared no expense with his house. Would def stay here again.

This was really an amazing new property. The host was super responsive and the location was only one block to the boardwalk. The water views in the morning with the sliding doors open were very peaceful and stress relieving. The towels, linens, beach badges, etc was an awesome surprise as well! Perfect home for family and friends. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
