About this property

Spacious country home

My home is a recently refurbished old ruin, in a protected area of Mallorca. The house is very spacious and easy feel. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. Two terraces provide ample space to relax outside. In the winter you can enjoy the cosy fire place. The outside of the house still has all the characteristics and the the atmosphere of an old farm.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist einfach nur schön wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt es war extrem sauber und gepflegt. Alle technischen Geräten funktionierten einwandfrei und die Betten waren super. Lage war für uns richtig gut und sehr schön. Einzig wo man was zu bemängeln hätte war der Pool der passt nicht ganz zum Haus hat für uns aber auch gereicht warn in 9tagen einmal drin. Und die auffahrt zum haus ist ein Abenteur. Können wir nur empflhlen und wollen nochmal dahin.

I agree with you with regard to the pool. My house lies in protected area and therefore I am not allowed to build a proper pool. So the above ground pool is indeed the next best thing! One needs to be a little bit adventurous and explore the many different beaches - including their nice restaurants. I enjoy that much more than the pool, which is great for kids. ;-)

Perfect Hide Away

Beautifule House away from street and village, very well equipet, clean and well maintained, tastefull interior. Friendly and helpful housekeeper, a perfect place for rest if you run arround the rest of the year. Two three times a day a neighbour passes by slowly but is not really disturbing. The pool was not our cup of tea, but that is a matter of personal taste. All together a very positiv experienece

Happy to hear you had a good stay. The pool is also not my cup of tea! ;-) Unfortunately,, is the best I can offer as I'm not allowed to build a proper pool in this protected area. Not even when it is a very natural one that blends in nature. Therefore I'm happy the many different beaches offer ample space for long swims - as well as great places to have lunch ...!
