Seashell at the Dolphin Bay Suites is a ground-floor two bedroom apartment right beside the beach in a tranquil location in the centre of friendly, historic Ardersier village close to Inverness and perfect for exploring the Highlands.

Our tranquil seafront setting and breathtaking views across the inner Moray Firth with its' wonderful wildlife and our great location with Inverness, Nairn, Fort George, Loch Ness, castles, dolphins, ospreys and golf on the doorstep make our holiday apartments unique for a holiday or shortbreak in a small, friendly, ancient highland village.
The apartments are new, spacious, warm and well equipped in a carefully restored historic building in the heart of the ancient village.
Each has one, two or three bedrooms, a large lounge with kitchenette, bathroom and verandah or patio to enjoy those wonderful views and sunsets across the inner Moray Firth to Inverness, the Black Isle, Chanonry Lighthouse, Great Glen (Loch Ness) and mountains beyond. The views are better above the ground-floor.
Seashell is our newest apartment.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and flatscreen TV
and a bedroom with twin single beds and a large TV.
There is a whirlpool bath in the bathroom with a shower above, grab rails and a bath-board.
It has an open-plan lounge, dining, kitchenette with a large flatscreen TV and a patio and direct wheelchair access to the lawns and a fold-down sofa-bed in the lounge.
It has extra-wide doors and corridors for wheelchairs and cots and highchairs are offered free of charge.
The views are better above the ground-floor.
