This luxurious 3-bedroom house has breath-taking panoramic views of the Drakensberg. It is fully equipped and set on a 1000 ha private estate with walking, hiking and mountain bike trails (Cathkin Estates). This private estate is the largest in the Drakensberg and is abundant with wildlife (Blesbuck, Reedbuck, Eland, Black Wildebeest, Mountain Reedbuck, Red Hartebeest and Zebra as well as a variety of birds). Over and above the unmatched tranquillity, it offers a plethora of activities for nature enthusiasts on site: fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. Over and above this, the area is renowned for its natural beauty, being declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a numerous hiking and walking trails which range from easy walks suitable for children to extreme multiple-day treks.

Its 3 rooms are decorated for ultimate comfort with superior bedding and all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the garden allowing you to enjoy magnificent mountain views. It is well-furnished and an extra-length Queen sleigh bed, a walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This is especially useful if you have children. The third bedroom double bedroom is found on the other end of the house and is therefore private. It also has a en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The living-dining room is exceptionally spacious with floor to ceiling windows/doors exposing the mountain views. This open-plan area has a central `Jotul` fireplace and a 43-inch plasma television with DSTV (Satellite/ cable). It leads to a large patio with a covered built-in braai area and on to a private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge.

The property is very safe with game wardens monitoring the estate on foot and on horseback 24/7, all you and your family have to do is relax or take off on on one of the many exiting sports and enjoy your stay with us.
