A peaceful retreat at our waterfront cottage .
Sun porch, indoor and outdoor showers, full kitchen, WIFI and Smart TV, large back yard. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and a couch for sleeping. Well -appointed and thoughtfully decorated 1920's cottage is 872 square feet with an additional 200 square foot enclosed porch. $150/night for an entire cottage is quite the value for the area!

Clean and beautiful cottage

Picturesque peaceful cottage

Cottage is clean and well appointed and in a very convenient location to water, golf, good restaurants and highway access. Very nice water view from the enclosed porch. Enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again. Thank you

Cutest Cottage, Great Location

We had our first family vacation in years with our adult daughter and husband. This cottage was perfect! We have never stayed north of Newport and going into Newport was so, so super easy and no tolls going over the bridge! Exploring towns we have never done before as well. The cottage was just darling and we spent most our time on the 3 seasoned porch. The ACs kept the entire house cool for our entire hot sat as well. Kate was amazing and so easy to get in touch with. We all said we’d like to do it again next year!

We came back for a second year!

We loved this house so much we came back for another summer week this year. We have two kids, ages 3 and 5 now, and this house is perfect. We love the location—being in a quiet spot near the water and being able to walk to what we call the “little beach.” We also drive down to the “big beach” near Newport for ocean swimming and love having an outdoor shower to come home to. Enjoy this place, it is a real treat!
