My husband and I had a great 9-day stay here. Phil was in touch with us throughout the stay, as needed, and helpful with our requests. The unit is well-appointed and we really had a pleasant stay! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great and Affordable Stay a Stones Throw Away

Thanks to Phil and Arlene for their comfortable home! just 15 minutes out of Newport proper this is a fantastic option to stay nearby the buzz! the backyard pool is magnificent!

Quaint and welcoming home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again.

Phil is a very help helpful host and all communication went smoothly. The apartment is new construction on two floors with the bedroom on the second floor, which may not be ideal for older guests. Location is great, very convenient to Newport.
